Agriculture is the foundation of national economic development.China’s agricultural economy has made remarkable achievements,but also brought a series of agricultural environmental problems,on the one hand,the degradation of natural resources,on the other hand,environmental pollution,especially the increasingly serious damage to the arable soil environment.Huairou district is the ecological conservation area of Beijing,which provides ecological protection for Beijing and its surrounding areas.This paper collects and sorts out the relevant data of agricultural non-point source pollution and economic growth in Huairou District from 2009 to 2019,estimates the output of agricultural non-point source pollution by using mathematical model,explores the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of pollution,and then explores the relationship between agricultural non-point source pollution and economic growth from a macro perspective,comprehensively analyzes the research results,and finally puts forward targeted and feasible suggestions.The conclusion is expected to provide strong support for the effective prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution.The main results are as follows.(1)From 2009 to 2019,the output of agricultural non-point source pollution in Huairou District shows an overall downward trend year by year.The output of agricultural non-point source pollution in 2009 is 2294.83t,and it will drop to 1143.82t in 2019,with an average annual reduction rate of 5.01%.(2)From the perspective of pollution sources,the output of pollutants has the following relationships:2009-2013,livestock and poultry breeding pollution>rural life pollution>planting pollution;2014-2015,rural life pollution>livestock and poultry breeding pollution>planting pollution;2016-2019,rural life pollution>planting pollution>livestock and poultry breeding pollution.The proportion of pollution output of livestock and poultry industry decreased seriously.In 2019,the output was only 21.81 t,accounting for only 1.91%.In 2009,the output of rural domestic pollution was 734.53 t,accounting for 32.01%,but its proportion continued to rise,accounting for 72.97%in 2019.Rural domestic pollution will be the focus of agricultural nonpoint source pollution control in the future.(3)From the perspective of pollutants,from 2009 to 2019,the output of agricultural nonpoint source pollution TN>TP,TN is the primary pollutant of agricultural non-point source pollution in Huairou District,accounting for more than 80%;the proportion of TP pollution output continues to rise steadily,but TN will still be the main pollutant for a long time in the future.(4)From 2009 to 2019,the output of agricultural non-point source pollution in Huairou District decreased,especially in Labagoumen Manchu Township,Changshaoying Manchu Township and Tanghekou town in the north of Huairou District;the output of pollution in Liulimiao town in the middle of Huairou District has been at a low level;from the perspective of pollutant output,the situation of agricultural non-point source pollution in Huairou District has gradually improved from 2009 to 2019.(5)The output of agricultural non-point source pollution from planting industry and livestock and poultry industry in Huairou District showed a typical "inverted U-shaped" EKC relationship with the growth of per capita output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery.The formulas were Y=-1640.089+0.640X-4.95×10-5X2 and Y=-18013.079+5.748X-0.000434X2,the turning point is at the value of 6464 yuan and 6622 yuan respectively;with the limitation of livestock and poultry breeding,the per capita output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery has declined,and the per capita output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery in Huairou district is still on the left side of EKC curve;the relationship between rural domestic pollution output and per capita output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery is small. |
