| Eutrophication of water body is the main cause of water pollution.The TN、TP content affects the eutrophication level of water body to a great extent,uses aquatic plants to improve the eutrophication of water body,and combines ecological measures to purify water quality.This simulation experiment selects the water sample of the north hybrid section in the upper reaches of Hunhe River,which is located in the upper reaches of Fushun Dahuofang Reservoir.Because of the large discharge of domestic,agricultural and industrial wastewater,it is the section with serious water pollution into Dahuofang Reservoir.Using six native aquatic plants in Liaoning area to remove the TN、TP content of the test water sample,the simulation test began in July ~ August.The test period is 28 d,this stage is the stage of six aquatic plants growing vigorously,through static simulation test research and analysis,Explore the effect of six aquatic plants on TN、TP purification during vigorous growth.(1)Comparison of removal effects of aquatic plants on water bodies under different planting densities(0%,25%,50%,75% TN、TP water area,respectively);(2)Comparison of the removal effect of aquatic plants in water with different combinations of two aquatic plants,Acorus calamus and Reed,TN、TP main purifying aquatic plants;(3)Comparative analysis of the TN、TP contents of roots and stems and leaves of water-sucking plants and floating plants before and after the experiment,and the TN、TP contents of stems and leaves of submerged plants.The above simulation results can be obtained:(1)The purification effect of aquatic plants on water TN under different planting density is also different,in which the removal rate of pollutant TN reaches 74.09% at the end of the experiment when the planting density of water plant Reed is 75% of the surface area;(2)The purification effect of aquatic plants on water TP at different planting densities is also different.Under the condition that the planting density is 75% of the water surface area,the removal rate of pollutant TP reaches 71.76% at the end of the experiment.The removal effect of TN、TP was optimal in six aquatic plants;(3)The purification effect of six aquatic plants under different combinations TN water was the best,and the removal rate of TN in water was 77.56%;(4)The purification effect of six aquatic plants under different combinations on the removal effect TP water was the best,and the removal rate of TP in water was 71.22%;(5)The TN content of Reed root increased from 5.34 mg/g to 9.11 mg/g,the growth rate was 41.38,which was the highest in the roots of six aquatic plants,and the TN content ofstems and leaves of Acorus calamus increased from 9.01 mg/g to 15.48 before the experiment mg/g,and the growth rate was 41.80;(6)The TP content of Reed root increased from 2.01 mg/g to 2.18 mg/g,the growth rate was 7.80%,and the TP content of Reed stem and leaf increased from 1.89 mg/g to 2.18 before the experiment.Water-stretching plants and water-floating plants are absorbed by stem,leaf and root TN、TP;while submerged plants are completely absorbed TN、TP.stem and leaf.According to the above simulation static test and test data analysis to explore the factors affecting the purification effect of aquatic plants on water TN、TP,better choice of ways and means to purify water TN、TP. |
