Porous organic polymer(POP)has rich specific surface area and voids,small mass density,excellent thermal and chemical stability,and excellent selectivity to carbon dioxide and nitrogen,these properties are better than most Inorganic and inorganic-organic hybrid materials.In this paper,cobalt/ni ckel tetranitrophenylporphyrin(Co/Ni-TNPP)is used as the raw material,firstly polymerized into a conjugated porous organic polymer Co/Ni-azo-POP,and then the material is used as a precursor,In a high-purity argon atmosphere,controlled heat treatment at different temperatures for 2 h resulted in a new type of catalytic material Co-Ni@PNC-x(x is temperature).The catalyst has significant catalytic activity under mild conditions for the one-step amination of benzene to aniline.The results show that among the catalyst materials obtained by controlled heat treatment of Co/Ni-azo-POP,the pyrolysis product Co-Ni@PNC-500 at 500 ℃ has the best catalytic performance.A series of characterizations of the catalyst can be obtained: the catalyst is a lamellar porous material with rich pores of uniform size and relatively regular shape.The main active site of the catalyst is the metal atom cluster formed by the aggregation and recombination of bimetal oxides Co Ni O2 and Co3O4.After pyrolysis,the polymeric porphyrin framework still exists,and the framework and the metal atom cluster have significant synergistic catalytic performance.The catalyst Co-Ni(3:2)@PNC-500 showed obvious diffraction peaks in the PXRD pattern,with a regular crystal structure and good crystallinity.The BET specific surface area of the catalyst is 107.8736 m2/g,the pores are mesoporous,and the average pore diameter is 5.96 nm.In the catalytic amination of benzene,the catalyst Co-Ni(3:2)@PNC-500 showed the best catalytic performance at 70 ℃ for 3 h,and the yield of aniline was up to 78.12%,And the catalyst still has high catalytic activity after repeated use for five times,and the yield of aniline only fluctuated slightly.It shows that this catalyst is a potential excellent catalyst for anilization reaction and has a good industrial application prospect.
