Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of "ecological civilization" has been highly concerned by the government and the market.With the environmental protection concept and environmental protection products widely accepted and recognized by the public,the environmental protection industry is an emerging industry.During the period of major strategic opportunities for self-development,how to grasp this fleeting period of strategic opportunities,to rise to the wind,to create their own glory in the fierce market competition,also test the marketing wisdom of each manager.Due to the special nature of the environmental protection industry,in addition to its market attributes,it also assumes part of the social welfare attributes.Therefore,research on the brand marketing strategies of environmental protection technology companies,in addition to the needs of the company’s own development,is a popularization and baptism of the public’s environmental protection concept.This article takes Jiangxi Heersi Eco Technology Co.,Ltd.as a research object.As a start-up environmental protection technology enterprise,it is in its own growth period.Compared with other similar enterprises,brand marketing are slightly weak.Based on the theory of brand marketing,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature and comparative research,and conducts field research to understand and master the overall situation of Heersi Eco Technology and the status of brand marketing,and analyze it through SWOT model.The target area and consumer groups issue questionnaires,statistically analyze the problems and causes of Heersi Eco Technology in brand marketing,Mainly: brand positioning is not clear;target group is not accurate;organizational structure is not clear and product coverage is not in place.In this way,i give improvement suggestions: Firstly,clear their own brand positioning;Secondly,target market Differentiated marketing;Thirdly,to optimize and adjust the enterprise structure;Fourthly,to integrate resources to expand market coverage;Lastly,to strengthen the construction of its own brand culture.As an emerging environmental protection company,Hols Environmental Technology has a certain brand influence and social status in the region.It will further do a good job in brand building,enhancethe competitiveness of the enterprise,and win the market and enhance its brand awareness.
