Excellent photoelectric properties of ultra-thin two-dimensional graphene like materials MoS2and MoO2makes it has important potential value in electro-catalysis,sensor,electronic device and so on.Therefore,it is of great significance for graphene like materials to realize large-area controllable growth and study its growth mechanism.In this paper,the growth methods,photoluminescence properties and growth mechanism of ultra-thin MoS2and ultra-thin quadrilateral MoO2nanomaterials were studied.(1)The equipment of vapor deposition with double temperature zone and 60 mm inner diameter quartz tube is adopted to prepare triangle single layer MoS2on two types of substrates.In the experiment,S powdes and MoO3powders were used as the growth precursor.The effects of different tempereture and the use of Na Cl and the different types of substrates(Si O2/Si and sapphire substrates)on the growth of ultrathin nano layered molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)are mainly studied.A high quality single layer MoS2with large size was synthesized on Si O2/Si substrate.Increasing the growth temperature of MoS2crystal increases the area of single crystal significantly.It should be noted that the growth area of layered MoS2on Si O2/Si substrate was obviously increased when Na Cl was added to MoO3powder before growth.The substrate with more similar lattice type is more conducive to the crystal growth of ultra-thin triangular MoS2.By means of Atomic Force Microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy,it is proved that we have prepared high-quality ultra-thin MoS2monolayer.The results of photoluminescence(pl)measurements show that MoS2growned on two types of substrates have good photoluminescence properties.(2)Chemical vapor deposition equipment(CVD)of single temperature zone was used to prepare high-quality,dendrite-like MoS2and diamond-like MoO2on Si O2/Si substrates.In the experiment.The growth and evolution of MoS2-MoO2with different morphologies were obtained on Si O2/Si substrates by controlling the argon flow.Through the multi-dimensional characterization of the layered nanostructures in the evolution process,it is found that the evolution process is mainly caused by the different amount gas flow,which leads to the crystal vertical to horizontal growth transition,and then the morphological evolution happening.The photoluminescence properties of diamond-shaped layered MoO2were studied.The above research provides a reliable theoretical basis for the practical application of such crystal materials.
