| The safety production accident of enterprises has been a problem that the country and society pay close attention to and pay attention to for many years,and the unsafe behavior of production staff is the main cause of the accident.Therefore,in order to better help enterprises to avoid the occurrence of unsafe behavior employees,reduce production safety accidents,in this paper,considering the characteristics,production staff from the perspective of employee behavior decision,for employees to study the process of unsafe behavior,the introduction of prospect theory and evolutionary game theory,based on the working environment and their own characteristics of production staff set up the employees unsafe behavior decision model,and through the simulation analysis of the conformity coefficient,fines,bonuses,work time,the accident probability and loss value and regulators related parameters influence on employee behavior choice.In this paper,the main research contents include:(1)based on the method of literature research,production staff are pointed out in the paper the influence factors of unsafe behavior choice,combining the theory of value outlook and evolutionary game theory analyzes the production employees unsafe behavior decision-making process,comprehensive production rules and the influence of regulators between employees to staff intervention,build the production employees unsafe behavior decision model;(2)using Netlogo simulation software to simulate the structures,the production staff of unsafe behavior decision-making process,design parameters according to the actual situation of employee behavior decision-making process simulation experiment,according to the simulation results of the coefficient of conformity of production staff,safety behavior parameters,unsafe act return parameters and regulators to employee influence of unsafe behavior are discussed;(3)according to the decision-making model and simulation analysis results of unsafe behaviors of production employees,countermeasures and Suggestions for prevention and control of unsafe behaviors are provided from the perspective of employees and supervisors.Through the above research,it is found that the main factors influencing the behavioral choices of production employees are behavioral benefits,surrounding employees and supervisors.The behavioral decision-making process of employees can be divided into conformity effect and psychological value calculation based on behavioral benefits.The simulation experiment effectively shows the influence of relevant parameters on the unsafe behavior.Therefore,based on the simulation of conformity coefficient,this paper concludes that the conformity performance of employees is enough to effectively reduce the occurrence of unsafe behaviors,and maintaining a high conformity coefficient is conducive to the safe production of enterprises.The simulation results of behavioral return parameters show that positive incentive means to improve the return of safe behavior,which is more conducive to the suppression of enterprises’ unsafe behavior than reverse incentive means to reduce the return of unsafe behavior.Therefore,positive incentive measures can better ensure safe production. |
