Research On The Development Status And Promotion Strategy Of The National Ecovillage In Mountainous Areas Of Hebei

Under the background of the new urbanization strategy,China has gone through a difficult process from the linear development paradigm of rural catch-up cities to the recognition of rural pluralistic value and re-thinking of rural transformation.The strategy of rural revitalization will affect the reorientation and reconstruction of rural development mode.The 19 th CPC national congress put forward the strategic task of "secure a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects" and the concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets".Repeatedly emphasize "correctly grasp the relationship between ecological environment protection and economic development" under the new situation.The task of exploring the rural non-linear development model is more urgent.Because of the rough terrain caused traffic congestion and construction difficulties,the mountainous areas are difficult to be driven by the surrounding towns.Therefore,the mountain area has been the focus and difficulty of rural revitalization.This paper attempts to explore the rural development model in mountainous areas on the basis of literature review and field research.On the one hand,the major national strategies for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the planning and positioning of Xiong’an new area make Hebei province more attractive,on the other hand,as a model object strictly selected and supported by the country,eco-villages should adhere to the construction of ecological civilization and embody their representative role in many villages.Therefore,this paper selects the national ecological village in the mountainous area of Hebei province as the research object,summarizes and analyzes its basic status and existing problems from the aspects of space,ecology and economy,and conducts empirical deduction.On the premise of respecting the law of rural development and maintaining the original ecological environment of rural areas,this paper tries to explore how to make full use of rural areas’ important roles in agricultural production,rear security,ecological maintenance and cultural heritage in order to conceive a new development pattern that can revitalize the countryside,with a view to providing guidance for rural revitalization in mountainous areas.The article is divided into six parts:The first chapter is an introduction,which clarifies the background,scope,purpose and significance of the research,defines the relevant concepts involved in the paper by analyzing the current research situation at home and abroad,and elaborates the research methods and innovation points of the paper.The second chapter is the research on the development of ecological villages in Hebei province.This paper expounds the development process and status quo of ecological villages in Hebei province,and then describes the general situation of national ecological villages in Hebei province,and classifies them from two aspects of geographical location and industrial structure.Based on this,five national ecological villages in mountainous areas of Hebei province are selected as the research objects of this paper and the status quo is summarized according to the classification of leading industries.The third chapter is the research on the spatial layout of national ecological villages in mountainous areas of Hebei province.Based on the investigation,this chapter mainly starts from the perspective of industrial development,analyzes the external environment space and the spatial layout of the case ecological village,and summarizes the current situation and characteristics of the village space.The fourth chapter is the research of national ecological village construction in mountainous area of Hebei province.This chapter summarizes the status quo of the protection of rural original ecological features in five eco-villages from three aspects of natural landscape,production landscape and cultural landscape,and summarizes the application of ecological technologies from two aspects of resource utilization and passive energy conservation.The fifth chapter is the research on the promotion strategy and development mode of national ecological village in mountainous area of Hebei province.This chapter summarizes the existing problems of the case ecological village from three aspects of spatial layout,ecological construction and economic development,puts forward corresponding improvement strategies,and then conceives its future development model.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.This paper summarizes the research results and prospects the related research directions.
