| Acidic electrolyzed water is an innovative product with excellent bactericidal properties,which has been widely used in the disinfection of food,cookware and other fields and the prevention and treatment of plant diseases.Silicon is the second most common element in the earth’s crust.As an important element,silicon plays an important role in plant growth.A large number of studies have shown that silicon can reduce plant abiotic properties(metal toxicity,etc.)and biological stress,and can effectively improve plant disease resistance.This study explored the feasibility of preparing organic silicon fertilizer with acid electrolyzed water in the field production process,and the migration characteristics of silicon in tomatoes.The effect of spraying acid electrolyzed water to prepare organic silicon fertilizer on the silicon content of tomato samples was studied.Disease resistance and changes in the content of heavy metals(Cr,CD,Pb).The field test is divided into three parts:(1)The feasibility study of preparing organic silicon fertilizer from acid electrolyzed water,including whether it can effectively increase the silicon content of tomatoes and whether it still has good bactericidal properties;(2)Silicon migration Characteristic studies to verify whether silicon can be effectively transported from old leaves to new leaves;(3)Under optimized spraying measures,the organic silicon fertilizer prepared by spraying acid electrolyzed water has an effect on tomato disease resistance and heavy metal content.influences.The results show that spraying AC-EW prepared organic silicon on tomatoes can effectively promote the absorption of Si while maintaining a high bactericidal effect.Under the application of Si+AC-EW,if only treated once,the silicon content in the lower leaves was significantly higher than that in the upper and middle leaves,and the silicon content in the plant leaves was significantly increased by 79.4%.From the research results,the secondary transport of silicon in tomatoes is not strong,and it is not easy to transport from old leaves to new leaves.This requires another spray after topping(short tip)in the tomato production process.Organic silicon prepared with acidic electrolyzed water to ensure that the whole tomato has a good silicon content.When applied under T2 50.8% and T3 66.0%,the Si content in tomato leaves was lower.Compared with the control,the disease spots of the tomato leaves treated with Si +AC-EW were the lightest.Tomato Cd was significantly reduced by 24.3%,Cr was significantly reduced by 24.9%,and Pb was also reduced by 42.5% compared with the control.In short,the application of dissolved organic silicon fertilizer in acidic electrolyte water can effectively promote the absorption of silicon,and the secondary transport ability of silicon in tomatoes is poor.Therefore,it is recommended to spray organic silicon with acidic electrolyzed water 3 times during the tomato production process,once in the first week after planting,once after 4 weeks of planting,and a third time after topping(short tip).Compared with spraying organic silicon fertilizer prepared by spraying acidic electrolyzed water directly with ordinary water or acidic electrolyzed water,it can effectively improve the disease resistance of crops,increase the silicon content of crops,and reduce the content of heavy metals. |
