Design,Synthesis And Application Of Fluorescent Probes Based On Benzothiazole Derivatives | | Posted on:2020-07-15 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y Zhou | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2491306467961109 | Subject:Chemistry | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Due to its excellent optical properties,fluorescent probe was widely used in environmental,medicine,and chemistry.In recent years,benzothiazoles have been used as in fluorescent probe design.In this paper,four fluorescent probes were designed by using benzothiazole derivatives.The recognition mechanism and spectral properties of probes with Mercury ions,Sulfur Dioxide,Hydrazine and Formaldehyde were studied.The following results were obtained:A ratiometric fluorescent probe P-Hg for Hg2+was designed and synthesized.The thioacetal moiety as a reaction site.Upon treated with Hg2+,the emission spectrum of the probe P-Hg was red-shifted from 465 nm to 545 nm.The probe P-Hg has high selectivity and high sensitivity to Hg2+,and the detection limit is 5.8 n M.Bovine serum experiments have shown that the probe P-Hg can be used to detect mercury ions derivatives in biological serum samples.A double-emitting fluorescent probe HBT-1 was designed and synthesized.The spectral experiments show that HBT-1 can respond both Sulfur dioxide derivatives and Hydrazine,and produce different fluorescent signals.Upon treated with Na HSO3 or N2H4,two different emission peaks were respectively generated at 464 nm and 498 nm with the fluorescence increase,The detection limits for Na HSO3 and N2H4 was 6.3?10-7 M and1.7?10-5M.Importantly,the probe HBT-1 can detect sulfur dioxide derivatives without hydrazine interference at low analyte concentrations.A ratiometric fluorescent probe HBT-FA and a turn-on fluorescent probe FA-P were designed and synthesized based on aza-cope,The spectral experiments show that both two probes have good selectivity to formaldehyde(FA).Upon treated with FA,the emission spectrum of the probe HBT-FA was red-shifted from 462 nm to 541 nm due to the ICT process,and the detection limit of was 0.41 m M.The probe FA-P was quenched by fluorescence due to the d-PET process.The fluorescence changed from colorless to yellow with the fluorescence enhanced and the detection limit to formaldehyde was 0.25m M.The test strip experiment further showed that the probes HBT-FA and FA-P can detect gaseous formaldehyde and exhibit a significant color change. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Fluorescent probe, 2-(2-hydroxy-4 aldehyde phenyl) benzothiazole, Mercury ion, Sulfur dioxide and hydrazine, Formaldehyde | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
