With the advancement of industrialization,environmental issues such as global warming have become a major concern of countries around the world,green innovation has become an important way to achieve a win-win situation for environmental protection and economic development.Green innovation is different from traditional innovation,which only pursues the growth of economic benefits.It reduces carbon emissions and resource consumption through innovations in the process,technology and management of enterprise product production,achieves a balance and win-win between environmental and economic benefits.With the expansion of the global economy and the increased closeness of cooperation between companies,a supply chain system composed of multiple node enterprises has gradually been formed.Green innovation is no longer only related to the main body of practice.The mutual influence of decision-making between upstream and downstream node enterprises and horizontally competitive enterprises is also an important factor affecting enterprise green innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to study the green innovation decision-making problem of member companies from the perspective of supply chain,and provide theoretical reference for the company’s green transformation decision-making and national development of green supply chain.This paper first takes the secondary supply chain composed of the supplier as the leader and the manufacturer as the follower,considers the high risks of green innovation,and uses evolutionary game theory to build a model with supplier and manufacturer as the main decision-maker,the success rate of business green innovation is included in the model construction to study the evolution mechanism of the green innovation decision of the supply chain members.It proves that there are five kinds of stable strategies for system evolution,and analyzes the green innovation evolution paths of members and how the green innovation success rate affects them,compares the effects of incentive measures of supplier to stimulate manufacture to carry out green innovation under the influence of different green innovation success rates.The analysis results can provide a theoretical basis for the green innovation decision of the supply chain members.Secondly,taking the supplier’s incentive strategy and the consumer’s green preference level are taken as exogenous variables,the green innovation model selection mechanism and evolution path of two competing manufacturers downstream in the supply chain are further studied under the influence of the internal and external environment.Studies have shown that the penalty coefficient,the supplier innovation subsidy coefficient,and the consumer’s green preference level are important factors that affect the evolution path of the manufacturer’s innovation mode selection.It proves that the supplier portfolio incentive strategy is an important driving factor for manufacturers to choose radical green innovation.The situation where the supplier innovation subsidy can exit the incentive strategy without affecting the choice of downstream manufacturers’ green innovation model is discussed.Based on the analysis results,it makes recommendations for supplier to stimulate the downstream manufacture to take radical green innovations which with a higher degree of greenness,and provide suggestions for the government to promote the development of green innovation of the supply chain better.
