| Batch processes are widely used in modern industrial production processes.Their characteristics of large lag,nonlinearity and strong time-varying are caused by the difference of each batch raw material components and process conditions,and the complex stages from raw materials to qualified products.In addition,there are several chemical or biological parameters that cannot be measured online in the production processes,which makes it difficult to optimize the production control.In order to realize the online and offline information management,key parameters soft sensor modeling and batch process optimization control,this thesis carries out the research work of "Development and application of a batch process information management system”,the results have good theoretical significance and actual application value.According to the characteristics of batch processes,a design method of B/S and C/S mixed framework is proposed to improve the reusability of the codes in batch process information management systems,which uses universal component interface technology and provides the system with configuration files,interface files and reconfigurable basic function components.This framework makes it possible for users to choose and integrate existed functional modules easily,which also supports add-on function modules development and interface layout setting up.This thesis also makes research on the preprocessing system data and the remote backup to improve the efficiency and security of databases.Visual Studio2012 is chosen as the development platform,SQL Server 2014 is adopted as the data management tool,and COM/DCOM technology is used to realize the communication between different functional modules.To satisfy the requirements of batch production process information management,general process information management modules and data processing modules are designed in this thesis.Data acquisition,real-time data display,authority management,historical data query and report generation printing are packaged as general modules,and predictive data visualization,fault data alarm are realized by invoking the existing soft measurement algorithm which is packaged in dynamic link library.These modules can help the batch processes optimize production control and improve the quality of products.The results of this thesis are applied to tire tread production process and chlortetracycline fermentation process(two typical batch production process)in this thesis.Two different systems are realized and used in the actual production processes.Experiments show that the batch process information management system developed in this thesis has good convenience and practical value. |
