GTX explosive(zinc tri-carbohydrazide perchlorate(II))possesses moderate mechanical sensitivities,low electrostatic sensitivity,good stability,strong initial ability at low temperature.It has been manufactured more than a thousand of tons in recent years.The mother liquor of GTX explosive is white transparent liquid,containing the GTX compounds,zinc perchlorate and carbohydrazide.The direct emissions of mother liquor will cause harm to the soil and surrounding ecologically.In addition,once the perchlorate and carbohydrazide solved in the mother liquid contact with the iron ions,or iron perchlorate,the dangerous iron tricarbohydrazine perchlorate would be formed and exploded spontaneously.Thus,it is a great threat to either operators or equipments.In order to treat the potential hazardous substances and the pollution problems in the mother liquor,the paper focuses on the study of the way to cycle the mother liquor for a certain times and to decrease the waste water.There are important theoretical significance and engineering application value to carry out researches on the technology of recycling and safety treatment technology of mother liquor.The research works and the main innovative results are as followings:1 The carbohydrazide solution was prefabricated by using mother liquor circulation to decrease carbohydrazide quantity in the ingredients.By making the cyclic utilization of the remaining carbohydrazide in the mother liquor,the amount of carbohydrazide was reduced20% and maintained the yield still.The concentration of carbohydrazide will be controlled at 0.41mol/L,and zinc ion around 300 mg/L after circulating 14 batches of GTX.2 The oxidization and precipitation reagent,sodium percarbonate,is chosen innovatively which is suitable for removal of both zinc ions and carbohydrazide from the GTX mother liquor and waste water.In order to explore the best reaction parameters for carbohydrazide(CHZ)and sodium percarbonate(SPC),classical chemical titration analysis with controlling variable method was used to measure the reaction processes of CHZ and SPC.The results show that,control the other conditions variable,change the volume ratio of CHZ and SPC to get the optimal value for the two reactant ratio as 1:4.Then,the concentration of SPC comes to the maximum extent at 0.15 mol/L when the volume ratio and the concentration of CHZ(1:4;0.1mol/L)was invariant.Finally,keeping the volume ratio and the concentration of SPC(1:4;0.15 mol/L)invariant,the removal rate of CHZ reached the best as high as 62.8% when the reaction time comes to 90 min.The obtained data were fitted linearly with the least squares based on the first-order kinetics model and the second-order dynamics model.The obtained results indicate that the reaction processes of CHZ and SPC accord with the-second-order dynamics model better.The same way to explore the reaction conditions of zinc ion and sodium percarbonate,and results show that the concentration of sodium percarbonate affects the reaction rate.The optimal reaction environment for zinc ions is at p H 6~10,and the optimum reaction time is 18 min.3 According to the optimal reaction conditions,the residual carbohydrazide and zinc ion with the sodium percarbonate were removed from mother liquor.The best results show that the removal rate of carbohydrazide is more than 60%,and the removal rate of zinc ions reaches 99%,which can achieve the desired purpose.
