| First,the paper introduces the reasons and conditions for the formation of agglomerate fog under special geographical and climatic characteristics.At the same time,through several typical cases of highway accidents caused by agglomerate fog,the disaster mechanism of the agglomerate fog on the highway in China is analyzed and the characteristics of accidents,I realized the dangers of foggy weather on highway traffic safety.Then,the dehazing algorithm based on the a priori theory of dark channels is described,but the dehazing efficiency of this algorithm is low,and the color of bright areas such as the sky in some images is easily distorted.To solve this problem,based on the original algorithm,the paper proposes a new improved algorithm for defogging.Firstly,the method of guided filtering combined with bicubic interpolation is used to improve the accuracy of transmittance estimation,thereby improving the defogging efficiency.Secondly,the problem of image color distortion is improved by adjusting the tolerance mechanism.Finally,this algorithm is applied to the existing highway image acquisition system,combined with smoke sensors and other basic equipment to obtain real-time visibility.The agglomerate fog detection algorithm can accurately,quickly and effectively obtain clear images and real-time visibility.It has high application value in this special section of highway.Finally,on the basis of studying the formation mechanism and characteristics of agglomerate fog,and the optimization algorithm of agglomerate fog detection,a modified speed limit model based on parking line-of-sight is proposed.This model takes into account the effect of fogging road surface adhesion coefficient on the speed,and recalculates the speed limit data.Through optimization and fitting,the safer fog speed limit value and speed limit classification are obtained.Finally,there are problems in improving China’s existing emergency safety guarantee strategy,and a more reasonable emergency safety guarantee strategy for highway agglomerate fog areas is proposed. |
