Construction gravel is the key raw material for constructing concrete skeletons.The annual output of gravel in my country is as high as 20 billion tons,making it the world’s largest producer and consumer of gravel.With the tightening of natural sand and gravel resource constraints and increasing environmental protection,machined sand has gradually become the main source of sand and gravel for construction in China.Due to the problems caused by the machined sand itself,the series has seriously affected the quality control and promotion of the machined sand concrete.At present,there have been great breakthroughs in the research of machine-sand-related defects,but most of the studies start from materials,the means are single,and the solution effect is not significant.Therefore,this article starts with mixing equipment.As an important part of the concrete mixing process,mixing equipment is also an important direction for research and optimization by a large number of scholars.It is of great scientific significance to study the mixing of machine-made sand concrete using vibration mixing technology.Based on orthogonal experiments and comparative experiments,a lot of work has been done on the optimization of the parameters of machined sand concrete vibration mixing.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The orthogonal test method was used to optimize the working parameters.The orthogonal design table of four factors and five levels was selected,and the five levels of change of the four factors of amplitude,vibration frequency,stirring linear speed,and stirring time were considered.The test results of each group are analyzed and compared.The main and secondary factors affecting the slump,compressive strength,air content,and electric flux of the sand concrete are discussed.The analysis of variance is performed on the orthogonal test results.Finally,through the comprehensive balance analysis method,the optimal working parameter combination under the above four factors is obtained.(2)Use a comparative test for comparative analysis,using vibration mixing technology and ordinary mixing technology,respectively,to compare and analyze the compressive strength,slump,collapse time,air content and electricity of the sand concrete at different ages the amount.Summarize and analyze whether vibration agitation can solve the quality defects of machined sand concrete and the mechanism of vibration agitation on machined sand concrete.(3)For machined sand concrete,the preferred working parameters of the double-horizontal-shaft vibration mixer are: the amplitude is 1.75 mm,the vibration frequency is 35Hz,the mixing linear speed is 1.50m/s,and the mixing time is 75s.(4)Compared with ordinary mixing technology,vibration mixing technology can improve the quality problems of mechanical sand concrete due to its inherent defects,and can significantly enhance the performance of mechanical sand concrete.
