| In recent years,with the vigorous development of China’s economy,people’s living standards have gradually improved.The constant changes in the office environment have caused office chairs on the market to not keep up with the changes of the times.A large number of consumers are concerned about their own health issues and are not satisfied with the status quo of office chairs.In order to keep up with the changes of the times,face fierce market competition,and satisfy user preferences,in the product design process,improving user experience is the key.The design of office chairs needs to be based on the core needs of modern professionals,and designers need to Only by observing the behavioral characteristics of users,gaining insight into key contacts,and enhancing the user experience can the competitiveness of products be enhanced.Based on the concept of service design,starting from the field of user behavior,this article first conducts user research.Through interviews and questionnaire surveys,observes the user’s behavior habits during the use of the office chair,analyzes the user’s behavior characteristics in depth,establishes the user portrait,and obtains user behavior contacts.Secondly,in the office scene,analyze the contact points between the user and the product at different stages of the activity,sort out the contacts and find the key contacts to obtain the user’s real needs.Then,based on the Kano model,attribute classification of user needs,prioritization of functions,quantification of user satisfaction with needs,accurate capture of the design direction,selection of key points in different types of contacts and optimization of contact quality design.Finally,the product practical design and summary of the office chair.Through the study of user behavior touch points,it can assist product definition,help designers solve problems and improve user satisfaction.This article takes office chair design as an example,applies the method of service design to product design research,verifies the feasibility of starting from user behavior touchpoints,provides designers with office chair design directions,and improves the user experience The main innovation lies in a certain theoretical significance and practical value. |
