| With the improvement of people’s quality of life,the body shape of consumers presents a trend of diversification,and more and more researches on human body shape are conducted.The characteristics of female lower body crotch are complex,which is closely related to the structure of pants.Through anthropometric experiments,this paper obtains the data of female youth’s lower body shape in Northeast China,analyzes and studies the lower body shape of female youth in Northeast China,and constructs the mathematical regression model of lower body shape and the parametric model of crotch characteristic curve,which provides theoretical basis for the research on the fitting pants pattern of young women in Northeast China.In this paper,taking 18-25 years old female youth in Northeast China as the research object,we measured 677 samples with Vitus 3D body scanner,and obtained 627 valid samples through data preprocessing.24 characteristic indexes affecting the lower body shape characteristics and trousers structure were selected: waist circumference,abdominal circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,leg circumference,knee circumference,ankle circumference,waist width,abdominal width,hip width,abdominal thickness,waist thickness,hip thickness,waist hip thickness,waist height,hip height,height,perineum height,knee circumference height,ankle girth,straight crotch,circumference crotch length,front crotch and back crotch,and the normal test and descriptive analysis were carried out for each characteristic index.Based on person correlation analysis and principal component analysis,height and waist circumference were selected as independent variables to make stepwise regression analysis on the lower body characteristics of female youth in Northeast China,and the mathematical regression model of lower body shape was established.The characteristic curves and points of human crotch are extracted.Taking height,waist circumference and abdominal hip thickness as independent variables,a parametric model of crotch characteristic curve was established by stepwise regression method.Based on the characteristic curve of crotch,the waistline,abdominal line,hip line and crotch line are drawn.The length of crotch,the width of front and back crotch,the inclination angle of back upper crotch and the inclination of front upper crotch of trousers structure are determined,so as to construct the suitable trousers pattern of young women in Northeast China.Using the method of mathematical statistics and subjective evaluation,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to scientifically evaluate the fitness and aesthetics of trousers.This paper studies the lower body shape of the Northeast female youth,establishes the regression model of the lower body shape and the parametric modeling of the crotch characteristic curve,and constructs the fitting pants version based on the crotch characteristic curve shape,and carries on the experimental verification.The relevant theories and research methods can provide theoretical basis for the research of lower body shape,the parametric model of crotch characteristic curve,and the research on the fitness of pants version. |
