Research On The Application Of Youth Streetwear Design Under The Influence Of Vaporwave

Vaporwave art as a form of redesign which is presented by the intersection of music,video,and static images based on Internet digital material,it also can be considered as a subgenre of media art or techno-art.Vaporwave art represents internet culture from collage design of other media,reflecting the digitalization in its creation,execution,and reproduction can provide more possibilities.It also represents the ideological aspirations and cultural connotations covered behind its music and visual style.In today’s aesthetic and cultural diversification,people are becoming open and free in their choice of clothing,and they are also pursuing distinctive and idiosyncratic clothing.In the consumer society where the clothing market is more segmented,people are no longer confined to the practical value of consumer goods.The consumer also changed their consumption thoughts,such as the modern aesthetic functions replace conservative and traditional consumer functions.Young consumer groups hope to express their own distinctive and peculiar personality with the style of dressing,and what they are seeking is a kind of attitude and spiritual manifestation.In such a contemporary cultural background,the trendy clothing has become a new category of clothing and has been formally proposed.The author has a further understanding of Vaporwave art and trendy clothing design techniques by collecting,reading and organizing the relevant literature and monographs.To a certain extent I have digested the important academic achievements of my predecessors in the field of Vaporwave art,and on this basis,I have formed my own research and development plan on the subject.Research methods and research ideas on the application of Vaporwave art in costume design.The research ideas in this paper are based on the background of Vaporwave art`s concept definition and the interpretation of design works.Through theoretical analysis,case study method and practical design to analyse the artistic characteristics of Vaporwave art and the design of youth trendy brand costumes;To make a systematically analysis,practices and summarizes to application of Vaporwave art in the youth Systematic analysis;Based on theoretical analysis and design practice,and design features of repetition,layering,destruction,and collage of Vaporwave art,combined with the figurative and abstract transformation of aesthetic characteristics,learn the expressions of style,design techniques of Vaporwave,then make a change to apply to the youth fashion design.Finally,according to the design practice to do some relevant design techniques.Through the analysis of the relevant concepts,the application principles of Vaporwave art in youth fashion apparel are proposed,and the use of actual case studies is demonstrated.Its design techniques are distortion and destruction,disorder and misplacement,repetition and superposition,confusion and assemblage.Finally the article is according to the basement of the principles and application of Vaporwave art in the design of youth trendy clothing,by applying trend analysis and research to create the theme "HELLO STRANGER",combined with the vapor`s characteristics and style to create a series of costume design.
