In the near future,in pace with the Chinese government has unceasing steady the protection of wild animals,the amount of wild animals has also increased compared to previous years.In spite of there are corresponding legal provisions in the Wildlife Protection Law of our country,owing to the inadequacy of relevant laws and regulations,there are many problems in practice.Many of the victims cannot obtain rational financial compensation,which has become acute wild animals to a certain extent.The conflict between humans and wild animals in the incident.In spite of some local governments have made corresponding measures based on the actual local conditions,these measures present regional characteristics and cannot fundamentally solve the problem of giving victims reasonable economic compensation.Therefore,this article analyzes the status quo of the legal system of compensation for wildlife damage in my country,and learns from relevant foreign legal systems,trying to find a scientific basis for the compensation system for wildlife damage in my country,in order to promote the development of the wildlife damage compensation system in China.Based on the current situation of compensation for wild animals in my country,this article is divided into four parts.The first part present the related concepts of the notion system for harm caused by wild animals,on the one hand,an overview of compensation for damages caused by wild animals gives readers a preliminary understanding of it.On the other hand,the theoretical and practical stages provide a theoretical basis for the wildlife damage compensation process.The second part resolves the existing circumstances and the system’s insufficient system for wild animals in our country.From the perspective of central and local legislation,this document presents the status of current laws in my country in the compensation system for damage to wildlife and analyzes its imperfections.Only by clarifying the current problems in our country can relief be implemented and a set of compensation systems for damages to wild animals can be established,appropriate to the current situation in our country.The third part choothe compensation system for wild animals in the United Kingdom,the United States and some countries of the European Union.Through the analysis,it is found that the aforementioned countries and regions have the advantages of compensation systems for wild animals in our country.The places that these countries and regions can choose for our country are mainly reflected in the clear principle of liability for damage caused by wild animals,the clear distinction between domestic and wild animals,the wide range of damages and sufficient compensation.The fourth part proposes some measures to improve the wildlife compensation system of our country.After a comprehensive analysis of the compensation system for damages caused by wild animals in our country,it is proposed to improve the current compensation system of our country for damages caused by wild animals.Have our country establish a relatively reasonable damage compensation system.
