| At present,environmental protection and sustainable development of the economy is a basic national policy of China’s development,environmental protection is the common goal of all mankind,"all development can not be at the expense of the environment" is the development keynote set by the Party Central Committee.With the development of domestic industrial manufacturing scale,the air pollution is more and more serious,especially the massive emission of nitrogen oxides(NO_x)has seriously endangered people’s health and become one of the main sources of haze.The emission of cement industry is one of the main sources of atmospheric NO_x,which can save energy and reduce emission,reduce the emission of air pollutants and reduce the pollution and damage to the environment,It is urgent for the cement industry.From the current situation,NO_x control and emission reduction technology has been the inevitable choice of cement industry.The mainstream NO_x emission reduction technology in cement industry mainly has two directions: NO_x treatment technology in kiln flue gas and NO_x control technology in combustion process.Selective non catalytic reduction(SNCR)denitration technology is one of the technologies for the treatment of nitrogen oxides in kiln flue gas.Due to its advantages of small investment and less land occupation,it has become the mainstream means to reduce NO_x emissions in China.However,the application effect of cement calciner(the most suitable location for SNCR Denitration Process of cement kiln)is poor,denitration efficiency is low,ammonia consumption is large,which leads to high ammonia escape and new environmental pollution.In this paper,a company’s 5000 tons per day clinker precalciner kiln production line as the research object.Based on the research of selective non catalytic reduction denitration equipment of the production line,some equipment optimization schemes are put forward,and the factors influencing the denitration efficiency of the cement production line are studied,which are analyzed and verified by the measured data.Research shows:1.In selective non catalytic reduction(SNCR)denitration technology,the location of reaction zone,the coverage area of reducing agent and the atomization effect of spray gun affect the denitration efficiency.2.In actual production,there are many factors affecting the denitration efficiency of selective non catalytic reduction denitration technology,including ammonia nitrogen ratio,temperature in reaction zone,oxygen content in reaction zone,residence time of reductant,etc.3.The denitration efficiency can be optimized by adjusting the shrinkage size of the kiln end and the spray pressure of the spray gun. |
