| At present,the popularization of intelligent devices is expanding with the development of digital and information technology.For traditional manufacturing industry,intelligent transformation is the best way to improve production efficiency,optimize industrial structure and reduce environmental pollution.Cement is the basic material for social and economic construction,and its main production equipment is rotary kiln.In order to optimize the cement production process in the industry and provide a reliable intelligent transformation idea,this paper takes the cement rotary kiln as the research object,studies and analyzes its system status data,production process parameters and other contents,and designs a solution of status monitoring and fault breaking system by using virtual instrument,industrial Internet of things and other technologies,It realizes the all-round optimization management and accurate fault response mechanism in the production process,effectively prolongs the equipment operation cycle,and improves the overall production efficiency of the enterprise.In this scheme,LabVIEW,Microsoft SQL server and other tools are used to establish the field user client and enterprise service client,which solves the problems of multi-source heterogeneous signal acquisition and data comprehensive application of PLC,instruments,meters and other equipment,and completes the comprehensive analysis and management of field equipment working status and collected data;With the help of industrial Internet of things technology,remote monitoring and remote service functions are realized through database.On this basis,a general digital PID controller and a fault diagnosis system for the flue gas chamber at the end of the rotary kiln are designed and developed to solve the problem of operation and maintenance pain points;The system configuration is flexible and has good secondary development ability.With the joint efforts of both school and enterprise,the overall comprehensive debugging of the system is completed.The debugging results show that the shortest data acquisition cycle of the system can reach 1 second under the test conditions,and the packet loss rate of data upload is less than 5%,which can meet the real-time online monitoring conditions;In the industrial environment,the fault diagnosis rate can reach95%,which effectively solves the problems of resource waste and low production capacity caused by unclear fault information,single alarm mode and slow fault response efficiency.According to the enterprise evaluation,the system can reduce the frequency of field trips by more than 30%,saving about 200 thousand yuan for the enterprise every year. |
