Modeling Design And Application Of Middle Aged Women’s Trousers Based On Structural Analysis

As people’s body grows with age,there will be differences in body shape compared with that of young people.However,there is no uniform pants type and shape suitable for middle-aged women in the clothing market.This paper mainly analyzes the data of lower limbs of middle-aged women aged 50-59,classifies the body shape and analyzes the body shape characteristics,and designs the shape according to the body shape characteristics.The specific research contents are as followsFirst,the non-contact laser three-dimensional anthropometer was used to measure the middle-aged women aged 50-59 in Central China,and the measurement data were collected.The measurement items are divided into height and girth,23 important measurement items are extracted,and the unimportant measurement items are eliminated.SPSS data processing software was used to preprocess the data of 23 measurement items,and the singular values were screened out and eliminated.Secondly,SPSS was used for descriptive analysis of the data to get the median,mode,standard deviation,variance,skewness,kurtosis and so on,and compared with the youth body shape data to study the law of change.Through correlation analysis of the data,the linear relationship between height,girth and measurement items is obtained and expressed by equation.According to the characteristics,the body types are divided into thin body,lean body,normal body,fat body and fat body.Using 3dclo software to establish five kinds of virtual body,compared with 3D scanning real body screenshots to test the reliability.Thirdly,through the method of vertical cutting,design the structure line of the pants prototype.Based on the relationship between the pants and the lower limbs,combined with the linear regression equation,design the pants prototype.In 3dclo software,the virtual body is used to try on the pants of basic modeling,to check the rationality of modeling and version,to find out the unreasonable places from various angles,and to put forward the modification suggestions.Modify the prototype version,redesign and virtual try on the basic shape pants,and check again.Based on the analysis of the current popular trouser silhouette,combined with the characteristics of five types of body shape,the suitable trouser silhouette for each type is selected.Fourth,according to the outline basis and body characteristics of each body type,using fabric splicing,visual transfer,line segmentation and other design techniques,a series of product design is carried out for the purpose that one style can be suitable for people of various body types.Palace patterns and traditional Chinese dress elements are added to the product design to express the soft beauty of middle-aged women in shape and convey the charm of Chinese culture in meaning.The middle-aged women’s pants prototype designed in this paper enriches the theory of pants prototype in clothing market,and provides a certain reference value for product development and design of enterprises.
