Karst rocky desertification is the most prominent regional problem in the ecological construction of southern China,and the Governance effectiveness is one of the main basis to judge the realization of ecological civilization construction and sustainable development in this region.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China calls for the scientific promotion of the comprehensive management of rocky desertification.The characteristic forest industry of rocky desertification management is an important part of the comprehensive management project of rocky desertification,and is one of the effective measures to scientifically improve the ecological environment and social and economic development of rocky desertification.It’s of great significance for the coordinated development of the characteristic forest industry of rocky desertification control to excavate the information of forestry resources and monitor and evaluate the comprehensive benefits with the integration of sky and earth geospatial information technology.According to the theories of geography,ecology and regional economics for the coordinated development of human and land,biodiversity,target decision-making,3S technology and so on,aiming Scientific problems and demands deep that excavation of evaluation index factors for industrial benefits of characteristic forest in rocky desertification control and Thematic information extraction of forest industry benefit evaluation based on Space-Air-Ground multi-scale collaboration.Shibing karst,Bijie salaxi and Guanling-Zhenfeng Huajiang are selected as study areas in Guizhou plateau mountainous area,which represents the overall structure of karst rocky desertification ecological environment in South China.From 2018 to 2021,Through the field investigation,positioning collection,space-air-ground data mining,data investigation and collection by the space-air-ground other means,multi data,multi method as one.Then,mine ecological and socio-economic index factors and using spatial analysis,entropy weight method,comprehensive index model and other methods,Based on the integration of space-air-ground,the monitoring and evaluation index system and evaluation model of the comprehensive benefits of the characteristic forest industry for rocky desertification control were established.in addition,the characteristic forest industry with different rocky desertification grades were studied that is the "two mountain" benefits,poverty alleviation benefits,benefit to the people benefits and comprehensive benefits,so as to realize the dynamic monitoring and evaluation.This paper reveals the driving factors of the development of characteristic forest industry,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the follow-up sustainable development.It can provide scientific and technological reference for the development and evaluation of national characteristic forest industry of rocky desertification control1 Based on the two periods of time series remote sensing images and related geographic thematic data from 2015 to 2020,combined with the interpretation and classification of thematic resource information in rocky desertification area,the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of ecological thematic resource information in karst rocky desertification area are extracted,which shows that the characteristic forest industry of Karst rocky desertification control in southern China has improved the ecological environment of rocky desertification area as a whole.In the past five years,the proportion of non rocky desertification area in Shibing has increased from 49.70% in 2015 to 50.81%,and the dynamic attitude of potential rocky desertification,mild rocky desertification and moderate rocky desertification has decreased by 7.07%,53.85% and 1.61%respectively;the proportion of non rocky desertification area in salaxi of Bijie has increased from 11.07% in 2015 to 13.55%,and the dynamic attitude of potential rocky desertification has increased by 39.94%,but the dynamic attitude of mild,moderate and severe rocky desertification has decreased respectively The proportion of non rocky desertification area increased from 20.62% in 2015 to 23.28%,and the potential,mild,moderate and severe rocky desertification decreased by 0.29%,6.64%,5.58% and 14.89% respectively.The level of rocky desertification in different regions showed a downward trend,and the evolution of different rocky desertification levels was mainly from severe to mild.2 Based on the environmental background of Karst Rocky Desertification in southern China,according to the principle of index selection,the comprehensive benefit evaluation factors of characteristic forest industry are mined by cooperating with sky land integration multi-source data.The comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of characteristic forest industry for rocky desertification control is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process,and the index weight is determined by using entropy weight method.The results show that the ecological environment is improved well,and the economic benefit and social benefit are improved Social benefits have been steadily improved.According to the attribute characteristics of the index system structure,the index system is divided into target layer,criterion layer and index layer,and 14 evaluation index factors including ecological benefit,economic benefit and social benefit criterion layer are established,namely land cover,vegetation coverage,biodiversity,rocky desertification degree,net primary productivity of vegetation,water conservation,per capita income and forest yield Value,industrial structure change,population density,infrastructure coverage,Engel coefficient,rural residents’ living security,poverty rate.According to entropy weight method,the weight of ecological benefit is 0.426,the weight of economic benefit and social benefit is 0.298 and 0.276.The index system and scientific index weight assignment method comprehensively reflect the ecological,economic and social development of the characteristic forest industry of rocky desertification control,and provide a reference for the comprehensive benefit evaluation of karst rocky desertification control forest industry in southern China.3 Based on the index weight,the ecological and socio-economic benefits of different rocky desertification grade characteristic forest industry are determined by linear weighted summation,and the comprehensive benefit evaluation model(innovation)of characteristic forest industry is constructed.The results show that the change degree of the comprehensive benefits of the characteristic forest industry with time,that is,the overall development benefit level of the characteristic forest industry in rocky desertification control is significantly improved,but the benefit development degree of the characteristic forest industry is different between different rocky desertification grades.In recent 5 years,the comprehensive score of Shibing(no-potential rocky desertification area)has increased from 0.094 to 0.206.The comprehensive score in Bijie Salaxi(potential mild area)increased from 0.096 to 0.201.The comprehensive score of characteristic forest industry in Guanling-Zhenfeng Huajiang(medium intensity rocky desertification area)increased from 0.156 in 2015 to 0.247 in 2020.It is worth discussing how to reasonably allocate the resource elements and how to restrict the economic and social development by different livelihood strategies in the process of industrial development of characteristic forest with different rocky desertification grades in different regions.4 The comprehensive benefit evaluation model of characteristic forest industry was established by linear combination weighting function,which showed that the comprehensive benefit increased significantly.In the past five years,the comprehensive benefits of non potential rocky desertification(Shibing)were 0.283 and 0.604,respectively.The comprehensive benefits increased by 0.321,and the comprehensive benefit grade changed from poor(0.2~0.4)to medium(0.6~0.8).The comprehensive benefit of potential light rocky desertification of in Bijie Salax will increase from 0.296 in 2015 to 0.622 in 2020,and the comprehensive benefit level will change from poor to better(0.6~0.8).The comprehensive benefit of characteristic forest industry of medium intensity rocky desertification(Guanling Zhenfeng Huajiang)increased from 0.492 in 2015 to 0.756,with the smallest growth rate(0.264)compared with the other two regions,and the comprehensive benefit grade changed from medium(0.4~0.6)to better.To a certain extent,the characteristic forest industry of rocky desertification control is enough to achieve ecological restoration and maintain the livelihood of farmers,and promote the regional ecological economic social sustainable development model.The implementation of the characteristic forest industry of karst rocky desertification control has a direct impact on the ecological environment,while the social economic environment is indirect and lagging,In the future,we need to establish a long-term ecological compensation mechanism and comprehensive benefit evaluation to make it more scientific and reasonable for sustainable circular development.
