| This thesis has two parts. The first part briefly summarizes the research progress of related reactions involving active esters, including the following aspects:(1)early research on active esters;(2)intermolecular reactions;(3)intramolecular reactions. The second part introduces in detail the author’s research on Photocatalyzed decarboxylative alkylation of heteroarylmethanamines compounds with Active Ester during the master’s degree. The author explored the decarboxylative alkylation reaction between heteroarylmethylamine compounds and NHP esters derived from aliphatic carboxylic acids under photocatalytic conditions.Under blue LED irradiation, copper complexes are used as photocatalysts. In a photo-redox catalytic cycle, heteroarylmethylamine compounds undergo one-electron oxidation, and NHP ester undergoes one-electron reduction to form two free radicals. Then the two free radicals recombine to form a new C–C bond. The methodology is illustrated by the transformation of different kinds of heteroaromatic compounds as well as primary, secondary and tertiary alkyl carboxylic acids. The reaction can be scaled up and the reaction can be conducted in one-pot in situ activation manner too. |
