| Gas distributor is the initial uniform distribution device of raw gas in packed tower,to a certain extent,the performance of gas distributor affects the mass transfer and natural gas treatment effect in the packed tower,double tangential circulation gas distributor is widely used in industrial production because of its simple structure,good uniform distribution performance,low pressure drop and relatively good comprehensive performance.However,from its own structure,there is still a large regional return flow at the gas outlet,which affects the improvement of overall uniformity,this is determined by the structural characteristics of the double tangential circulation gas distributor,and the problem couldn’t be solved by structural parameter optimization or simple structural improvement.Therefore,the paper designed a new type of composite gas distributor based on the structure of double tangential circulation gas distributor,which plays an important role in improving the uniformity and pressure drop performance of gas distributor,and the new gas distributor can also improve the gas-liquid mass transfer effect in packed column.The paper summarized the internal flow law of the Double Tangential circulation gas distributor,and analysed the causes of the non-uniform gas distribution.Then summarized the performance characteristics of different types of gas distributors complementary analysis is carried out,then getting the results that the combination of porous straight tube gas distributor and double tangential circulation gas distributor could get great performances.In order to determine the concrete structure of the new composite gas distributor,the paper studied the performances of distributors under different combination modes and different number of porous straight tubes.According to the research requirement,the paper built a set of experimental device of compound gas distributor,which can be used to carry out the experimental research of gas distributor.Then the paper established the numerical calculation model of the composite gas distributor,divided grid and checked the grid independence of the model.In order to verify the accuracy of the model,the paper combined experimental data of the gas distributor under different air intake with numerical simulation data.Using the established numerical calculation model and the boundary conditions of the distributor,the paper analyzed the flow field characteristics of the distributor and the adaptability of the distributor under different processing capacity and pressure.According to the selected boundary conditions,the paper studied the structure optimization of the composite gas distributor and the influence law of the main structural parameters on the performance of the distributor,then getting the recommended values of the structural parameters.Finally,the paper analyzed the reasons for the uneven distribution of the distributor based on the research on flow field characteristics and structural parameters,giving five structural improvement methods which could improve the performance of the composite gas distributor.The research work in this paper has certain guiding significance for the design and application of gas distribution device in packed column. |
