| While crude oil is heavy-oriented and a rise in the proportion of residual oil processed in refineries,the processing difficulty coefficient of FCC unit increases continuously,these leads to the decrease of light oil yield,the decrease of plant production capacity,the increase of regeneration temperature and the increase of coke generation.In order to solve these problems,most refineries generally adopt the method of increasing the amount of FCC slurry,which leads to the production of slurry keeps increasing year by year.With the rapid development of China’s economy,highway construction plays an important role.The rapid development of highway construction has greatly stimulated the application of asphalt in road construction.In this regard,major research institutions and oil companies have conducted in-depth research on the production of road asphalt with different oil sources and processes.Through a variety of technical research,the performance of road asphalt is constantly improving,not only to meet the requirements of road construction,but also to reduce the cost of raw materials,improve product value,and create higher economic benefits for refineries.Chambroad Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.has a production capacity of 2.3 million tons/year of heavy traffic road asphalt,but the asphalt products are low quality,single model and high material cost.At the same time,it produces about 120,000 tons of FCC slurry annually,which is mainly used as raw material for delayed coking plant.Due to the high content of FCC slurry ash and solid,the excessive amount of FCC slurry processing will lead to excessive petroleum coke ash and accelerated erosion of pipelines and equipment,the output of petroleum coke in coking plant is large but the price is low.As a result,the value utilization degree of FCC slurry is insufficient.In order to improve the utilization value of FCC slurry,increase the output of road asphalt,and improve the properties of asphalt,this project conducted a literature survey on the demand for road asphalt,the current situation of production technology,and the research status of slurry processing and utilization at domestic and overseas,Combined with the production status of Chambroad Petrochemical Co.,Ltd,this paper puts forward the processing route of road asphalt produced by mixing FCC slurry with atmospheric residue of Merey crude oil,and has carried out experimental research and industrial experimental research.Under the condition of slurry mixing ratio less than 7%,the distillation pressure is below 4kpa,and distillation temperature within the scope of 432-440℃,the obtained asphalt products meet the requirements of grade A No.70 asphalt index of "technical specification for highway asphalt pavement construction",and can be successfully used to make I-C polymer SBS modified asphalt.It is found that the asphalt ductility index can be improved by adding slurry in the asphalt production process,which indicates that the production of asphalt by mixing FCC slurry is technically feasible.It has important practical significance for the company’s rational utilization of FCC slurry and improvement of economic benefits. |
