| It is one of the most important tasks in petrochemical industry to identify potential hazard sources more effectively.Based on this,the research content of this paper involves the combination of hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP)and the dynamic process simulation of fuzzy mathematical problem analysis.A qualitative and quantitative HAZOP analysis method is developed to integrate risk assessment.Through the study of HAZOP analysis method,this paper comprehensively expounds its historical development,operation principle and process,method characteristics and so on.It is found that HAZOP,as the most widely used analysis method in the world safety engineering process,has gradually improved its qualitative analysis process and conclusion,while in the quantitative aspect.However,there is no specific quantitative method as the main auxiliary part of its analysis.The main contents of this paper include a series of optimization methods based on the traditional HAZOP analysis.By combining the traditional HAZOP analysis method with the fuzzy mathematics,the quantitative study of accident consequences and the objective study of expert evaluation,the optimization of HAZOP analysis method is realized,and the efficiency of field operation analysis is improved.In this paper,fuzzy mathematics method and hazard and operability analysis are studied separately.Mathematical theory is applied to safety engineering process analysis method,which makes safety analysis work more theoretical basis,more reliable data results,more solid foundation,and also increases the reliability of hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP)results.In practical use,the optimized HAZOP qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out with a synthetic oil process unit of a Petro China Company as the target application object.The qualitative and quantitative method of HAZOP proposed in this paper can provide qualitative and quantitative basis for the overall safety management of the large-scale unit of synthetic oil process,and more fully verify the effectiveness of the qualitative and quantitative method of HAZOP under the optimization of the fuzzy mathematics evaluation method proposed in this paper.On the basis of previous work,HAZOP-Fuzzy Mathematics combined optimization analysis method is established,and a series of improvement measures are put forward to solve the problems of risk grade in the process of risk analysis.The safety problems of fire arresters,alarms and filters,which can cause serious fire and explosion,are analyzed according to the risk level III.The effective countermeasures and research methods are put forward.The method is tested to prove its reliability. |
