Study On Accident Cause Analysis And Early Warning Management In Field Exploration Operation

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,while expanding the scale of production,enterprises are facing more and more complex situation of production safety,which poses severe challenges to the safety management of enterprises.Compared with other industries,field exploration operation is a high-risk industry,which has the characteristics of continuous field operation,long points and lines,complex environment,large mobility,high post risk and many hazards,etc.,so it is particularly important to pay attention to safe production.Through the statistics of the accident cases and the analysis of the accident causes,the regularity of the accident can be mastered and the accident can be effectively prevented.At present,China has not conducted relevant data statistics and studies on the causes of safety accidents in field exploration operation.Based on the accident data of the field exploration operation in recent decades and combining with the statistical template of accident case information,this paper presents the mathematical model of the case statistical data and analyzes the cause of the accident.Through the analysis of safety accidents and the investigation of the construction site,the safety warning system of the construction site in field exploration is established,including 5 first-level indicators and 19 second-level indicators.On this basis,the extension theory is introduced to construct the early warning model of geophysical exploration industry based on the extension theory,which is applied to the engineering practice to verify the reliability of the early warning model and judge the safety situation of the construction site.According to the collected accident cases,accident causes and accident analysis results,10 representative accident scenes were constructed,and the accident scene was restored with FLASH animation.In addition,by analyzing the influencing factors of accident causes and the action mechanism of accident consequences,the research on the prevention measures of geophysical exploration accidents has been carried out from the aspects of human,machine,material,environment and management,providing a scientific basis for the formulation of accident prevention and emergency countermeasures in field exploration operation.
