| In Fukushima nuclear accident,a large number of radioactive materials were released into the atmosphere which cause great damage to both people and environment.Therefore,the retention of radioactive aerosols in the containment were attached widespread attention.The pool was used in containment filtration and exhaust system as filter to reduce the radioactive release in some new nuclear power plant.In order to evaluate the consequence of accident,the influence factors of aerosol pool scrubbing were studied in this article and the method to calculate the aerosol decontamination factor was given.The aerosol pool scrubbing experiment facility was established,and the carrier gas flow rate,inlet aerosol concentration,bubbler submerged depth,aerosol particle size and other affecting factors were studied under the condition that the carrier gas is non-condensation gas.The results show that the aerosol decontamination factor decreases with the increase of carrier gas flow rate,but with the increase of submerged depth,the aerosol decontamination factor increases.However,the results also show that the influence of aerosol concentration on decontamination factor is limited when the aerosol inlet concentration is low.Besides,the influence of particle size on decontamination factor can be divided into three different regions,the decontamination factor decreases first and then increases with the increase of aerosol size.Based on the simplified semi-empirical formula,an aerosol pool scrubbing efficiency experience formula that contains different variable is given in this article to evaluate the pool scrubbing efficiency.This study also analyzes the aerosol deposition rate in the aerosol injection pipeline by numerical simulation.The aerosol deposition rates with different aerosol size under different flow rate were calculated by DPM model.The results show that the aerosol deposition in pipeline is very import to the experiment study,and there were 10 percent to 20 percent aerosol deposited in the pipeline in the experiment.Also,this study simulated the gas-liquid behavior in the pool by Euler multiphase flow model,and the results obtained by numerical simulation were used to calculate the aerosol decontamination factor,the results show that the effect of increasing liquid velocity on bubble rise should be considered when carrier gas flow increases.For the aerosol decontamination factor,the difference between the calculated value and the experimental value after considering the inertial impact is within the acceptable range. |
