With the continuous development of clean energy power generation technology in China,the utilization rate of clean energy is also greatly improved.In order to further solve a series of problems such as the bottleneck of clean energy capacity limitation and low overall energy utilization rate,it is necessary to take the long-term operation mechanism of clean energy as the starting point to accelerate the overall structural reform of clean energy access to power grid.Therefore,it is of great significance to build a high-quality clean energy development plan in line with China’s "14th five-year plan" strategic direction.Zhangbei flexible DC power grid test demonstration project has been fully started in 2018.The project takes the lead in carrying out the technical structure of the first four terminal flexible DC ring grid in the world.At the same time,it is also a hybrid structure flexible DC project with the most complex grid operation,the highest voltage level,island operation and the largest transmission capacity,and has been put into operation successfully in2020.The project successfully connected Zhangbei new energy base,Kangbao new energy base and Fengning energy storage base with Beijing load center,and achieved the goal of "lighting up the lights of Beijing with Zhangbei’s wind".Based on the Zhangbei flexible DC power grid test demonstration project as the planning background,this paper plans to plan a clean energy multi energy complementary joint energy supply base,and studies the technical feasibility conditions of its access to Zhangbei Rou direct converter station from the following aspects:(1)This thesis systematically introduces the natural resources of wind,light and other clean energy in Zhangbei area,use weather station to analyzes the resource characteristics and monthly average output curve of photovoltaic,wind power and solar heat in Zhangbei area according to the measured resource data of weather station and wind tower,and takes them as the research object to verify the feasibility of building multi energy complementary joint energy supply base in Zhangbei area.(2)The unit value of power output curve is fitted with the load curve of receiving end under various matching assumptions.Combined with the engineering cost and energy storage price,the installed capacity of multi energy complementary base is analyzed and compared,and the optimal matching capacity is obtained,and the electrical scheme is preliminarily designed for the capacity.(3)The harmonic current and harmonic voltage generated by superposition of various energy sources at 220 k V pcc of Rouzhi converter station are calculated,and the voltage fluctuation and flicker caused by wind and optical power generation are simulated.(4)In this thesis,the wind power,photovoltaic annual on grid electricity and solar thermal annual heating capacity are calculated.The financial income model indexes such as investment payback period,net present value,total investment financial internal rate of return,internal rate of return on capital fund and capital fund profit rate are used to calculate the benefits of multi energy complementary joint energy supply base,which proves that the benefits are feasible.Part of the planning involved in this project has been approved by the national energy administration as the first batch of multi energy complementary demonstration projects in 2017,and successfully completed the clean energy DC grid connection in April 2020,becoming the first clean energy station integrated into the flexible DC grid.
