| In recent years,my country has increased its investment in rural areas,and the construction of new countryside and beautiful villages has put forward higher requirements on the rural environment,striving to"gradually realize the equalization of basic public services between urban and rural areas,and promote urban and rural complementarity and coordinated development."Therefore,the new rural garbage classification and recycling public services have also begun to develop.This research starts from the service design research perspective,based on the service contact theory,and through the investigation of the new rural waste classification system,improves the service process of waste sorting and recycling,improves the efficiency of waste sorting and recycling,and enhances the villagers’satisfaction with social public service experience.Improve villagers’environmental awareness and build beautiful villages.This article first studies the application design and evaluation methods of service contact theory,summarizes the path of service contact optimization design,and lays a theoretical foundation for the application and practice of service contact theory.Secondly,investigate and study the stakeholders,service contact process and service contact points of the existing rural waste sorting and recycling,analyze the service blueprint of the existing system,measure the service contact quality and analyze the service contact gaps,and put forward the service contact optimization ideas,and clarify Service contact optimization strategy;and in accordance with the optimization strategy,construct the service blueprint of the new rural waste sorting and recycling system,optimize the service contact process,and the physical contact points such as self-service recycling machines,intelligent facility interactive interfaces and other information contact points and interpersonal interactions involved in the process Contact point design.Finally,through the usability test,the user satisfaction evaluation of the design plan is carried out to verify the feasibility of the service contact optimization design of the new rural waste sorting and recycling system;and then through the five-dimensional user satisfaction evaluation of the service contact quality[1],Which proves that the user satisfaction of the service optimization system has been significantly improved,laying the foundation for further optimization and iteration of the service system.Through design practice,explored ways to optimize the design of rural waste sorting and recycling services.In the field of service design,he has conducted theoretical research on service contact,and proposed an optimization plan for the rural garbage classification and recycling system,which provides a useful reference for the construction of a beautiful country and has high practical value. |
