| With the advent of the era of liquid laundry washing,laundry detergent has become a necessity in family daily life.In recent years,bacterial and viral infections have caused many diseases,especially the outbreak of the new coronavirus.Consumers are paying great attention to laundry products with antibacterial functions.Bacteriostatic laundry detergent can effectively remove bacteria and viruses remaining on clothing,so that while the laundry detergent has the functions of wetting,emulsifying,dispersing,compatibilizing and cleaning stains,it can also prevent the growth of bacteria and viruses.However,the current antibacterial laundry detergent has the following problems:1.Antibacterial agents are often replaced by some chemical raw materials,and safety problems frequently occur.2.There are many defects in the compounding of antibacterial agents and other ingredients in the formula.Research on the application of biological enzymes in detergents is commonplace,but the research on the antibacterial properties of enzymes in laundry detergent is still a gap.Based on the above problems,we have studied the effect of the combination of surfactants and biological enzymes in laundry detergent on the antibacterial performance.Antibacterial experiments were carried out on the anionic surfactant AES,non-ionic surfactant AEO9,protease single factor and mixed compound components by methods such as suspension quantification.The results show that no single factor is antibacterial.The combination of 10%AES and 5%protease has antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus and E.coli,while the combination of 10%AEO9and5% protease only has antibacterial effect on E.Bacteria effect.Next,the optimal formula for antibacterial performance was screened through orthogonal experiments,and the influence of the four-factor compound system of AES,AEO9,protease and PCMX on the antibacterial properties was investigated.The results showed that 10%AES,5%AEO9,5%protease and 2%PCMX is the best ratio,which provides a reference for the subsequent formulation research.The influence of each factor on the bacteriostasis was investigated through the range analysis.Finally,we conducted a long-term antibacterial exploration on the samples with antibacterial properties.After a period of time,it was found that the antibacterial rate of several groups of samples did not decrease significantly,and they had long-term antibacterial properties. |
