Deserticulture is referred to as "The Sixth Industrial Revolution",which refers to a highly knowledge-intensive modern agricultural industry that takes full advantage of the deserts and Gobi areas such as sunshine and temperature differences to promote the use of water-saving technologies.At present,China’s economy has entered a stage of high-quality development.It is necessary to attach importance to economic development on the basis of ecological protection and restoration,and promote a green,efficient,and shared economic development method.Deserticulture has achieved this by changing controllable factors to efficiently use the resources in the sand area.The dual contribution of ecological restoration and economic development is not only a powerful promoter of economic development in sandy areas,but also an important ecological barrier function.It plays a vital role in local ecological conservation,economic coordination,population,and social and cultural development.An important driving factor for ecological protection and high-quality economic development.Deserticulture is a high-knowledge-intensive modern agricultural industry in the desert area.It has strong practicality and distinctive regional characteristics.It mainly produces agricultural products and exerts its ecological service functions.Agricultural products can be directly exchanged in the market to reflect their value,but the ecological services they provide such as windbreak and sand fixation,soil fertility,carbon fixation and oxygen release,water conservation,environmental pollution,and water consumption are non-competitive and non-exclusive.It is difficult to directly use economics to calculate value,so it is often ignored in management and planning.However,there are also a small number of scholars who have calculated the ecological benefits of the industries in the sandy area.For example,Song Zhengwei’s ecological value of the grape industry on the eastern foot of Helan Mountain is 3.598 billion yuan,of which the ecological benefit is 1.398 billion yuan.The research results promoted the grape industry in Ningxia.Vigorous development.The soil texture in the arid and semi-arid areas of northern my country is mostly sandy,while potatoes are mostly planted in sandy soils,which have strong drought-tolerant and adaptable growth characteristics.Compared with traditional corn planting,they require less water and have a short growth period,per acre.The production value is higher,so it is widely planted in the Mu Us sandy land in Yulin,the Ulan Buhe sandy land in Inner Mongolia and the Horqin sandy land.Therefore,the ecosystem service value assessment of the potato-based Deserticulture is carried out for the expansion of Deserticulture in the sandy area.It is of great significance to become a research demonstration base for desertification prevention and control.The large-scale planting of potatoes on sandy land has a huge value of ecological services that is easily overlooked in addition to the benefits of products.Therefore,this article is based on the ecosystem service function,referring to the evaluation system of desert ecosystems and farmland ecosystems,and establishes a system based on ecosystem services.A valuable evaluation system for the ecological benefits of Deserticulture.The evaluation indicators include the positive effects of product provision,windbreak and sand fixation,soil fertility,carbon fixation,oxygen release,and water conservation,as well as the negative effects of environmental pollution and water consumption.The Lexus Potato Yugongling project in Niu Teqi conducts field surveys and samples for empirical cases of the ecological service value of Deserticulture,measures and calculates the quality of each service function of the ecosystem,and adopts market value method,shadow engineering method,etc.The value is estimated and obtained(1)The annual product value per unit area is 73,500 yuan/hm2,the value of windbreak and sand fixation is 1,380 yuan/hm2,the value of maintaining soil fertility is173,547.444 yuan/hm2,the value of fixed CO2 is 3826.20 yuan/hm2,and O2 is released.The value is 3833.93 yuan/hm2,the water conservation value is 712.88 yuan/hm2,the environmental pollution value is 3176.35 yuan/hm2,and the water consumption value is1775.5 yuan/hm2.According to statistics,the total annual ecosystem service value per unit area of the potato planting area is 27,375,942.217 yuan,which is converted into the annual ecosystem service value of the potato planting area per unit area of 251848.594yuan/hm2.The order of the ecosystem service value of the potato planting base is: soil fertility Benefits> Product supply benefits> Carbon fixation and oxygen release benefits>Wind and sand fixation benefits> Water conservation benefits> Water resources consumption> Environmental pollution.(2)When evaluating the ecological benefits of the sand industry in potato planting areas as an example,the positive ecological value including product provision,windbreak and sand fixation,soil fertility,carbon fixation and oxygen release,and water conservation are as high as 256800.444 yuan/hm2,and water resources The value of the negative effect of consumption and environmental pollution is 4951.85 yuan/hm2,and the positive effect is much higher than the negative effect.(3)The products provided by Pinus sylvestris forest on sandy land are 26217.0yuan/hm2,accounting for 11.35%,the efficiency of dust suppression is 5644 yuan/hm2,accounting for 2.44%,and the soil fertility benefit is 278919.9 yuan/hm2,accounting for 85.32%.The benefit of carbon and oxygen release is 1066.436 yuan/hm2,accounting for0.46%,and the benefit of water conservation is 962.321 yuan/hm2,accounting for 0.42%.The comprehensive ecological benefit of Pinus sylvestris forest per unit area of sandy land per year is 230910.857 yuan/hm2,including various ecological benefits.The order of system function value from large to small is as follows: soil fertility benefit>product supply benefit>dust blocking benefit>carbon fixation benefit>water conservation benefit.(4)The value of ecosystem services per unit area of potato planting area in Horqin Sandy Land is 251848.594 yuan/hm2 per year,which is higher than that of Pinus sylvestris at 230910.857 yuan/hm2,that is,the value of ecosystem services in potato planting area is higher than that of Pinus sylvestris by 20937.737 yuan/hm2,therefore,when choosing the path of ecological restoration and high-quality economic development in sandy areas,priority should be given to the sand industry represented by potatoes,etc.on the basis of maximizing benefits.As an artificially controlled agricultural ecosystem in the desert ecosystem,Deserticulture is a natural-based economic development method in the desert area.It has important economic and ecological value in maintaining food production and improving the deterioration of the ecological environment in desertified areas.In the future,more attention should be paid to the development of Deserticulture.As a part of the agricultural ecosystem,Deserticulture has an indispensable significance as an important way to expand agricultural production.As a part of the agricultural ecosystem,Deserticulture has an indispensable significance and requires efficient use of sand areas.In order to provide a basic basis for the development of Deserticulture,we must also actively explore different Deserticulture models to form an efficient and sustainable green circular economy in the sand area.
