With the continuous development of science and industrial technology, more and more environmental problems appear in people’s field of vision, especially heavy metal pollution, which may enter the atmosphere through industrial waste gas and waste water through the atmospheric circulation system and the water circulation system.,Rivers and seas, soil, etc.,eventually enter the human body through the food chain circulation. When excessive heavy metal ions are ingested by the human body,it will cause various physiological reactions, leading to illness and even death. As an essential trace element for the human body, copper ion ranks third in the content of essential heavy metals for the human body, and has a variety of important physiological functions, such as intracellular cellular respiration, tissue formation, central nervous function and antioxidant defense. However, the super-physiological concentration or disorder of copper ions in the human body can cause many human genetic diseases, such as Parkinson’s disease,Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative diseases. Therefore, the rapid and sensitive detection of heavy metal ions has become a hot topic in current research. It is necessary to develop simple and effective detection systems and methods to monitor soil and drinking water to remove excess copper ions.As the anion with the smallest radius currently known to mankind, fluoride ion has strong electronegativity, and currently plays an important role in industrial production, scientific research, medical biology and other fields.Humans often take in fluorine in their lives. For example, the fluorine contained in toothpaste can help protect teeth. However, excessive intake of fluorine can cause disorders of human body functions:after excessive fluorine enters the human body,it is mainly deposited on the teeth and bones, resulting in dental fluorosis and skeletal fluorosis.Traditional methods for detecting copper and fluorine include atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS),inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICPMS),surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy(SPR),chromatography, voltammetry, fluorescent probe detection and other methods. There are many methods for detecting copper ions, but it is not enough to detect copper ions.In this paper, through the modification of rhodamine and HBT structure,we successfully designed and obtained a method that can detect and adsorb copper ions at the same time.Gel balls and a ratio-type fluorescent probe of fluoride ion.The specific work content is as follows:1.The NRG fluorescent probe we designed and synthesized can realize rapid detection of copper ions in CH3OH/H2O(4:1,v/v)solution.We have connected 4 picoline groups on the basis of the rhodamine ring as copper ion recognition groups. After Cu2+was added to the NRG solution, the fluorescence of the probe was quenched rapidly, changing from light yellow to green under natural light. In the presence of interfering ions, the probe still has good selectivity to Cu2+.At the same time,in order to achieve the adsorption of Cu2+,we modified the NRG probe:Dissolve the NRG probe with methanol, stir and mix it with sodium alginate aqueous solution, and add it dropwise to the saturated Ca Cl2aqueous solution to obtain the detection and adsorption Capable of NRG Sodium Alginate Gel Ball.We put the gel ball in an aqueous solution containing copper ions and found that the copper ion solution changed from light blue to colorless, and the gel ball changed from yellow to green. Then we carried out the experiment of removing copper ions from the gel ball.,We put the saturated NRG gel ball in the saturated EDTA solution and found that the colorless EDTA solution gradually turned blue, and the gel ball changed from green to yellow, indicating that the NRG gel ball can be recycled and reused..The relatively good specificity and recovery rate indicate that the gel ball provides a new idea for the simultaneous detection and adsorption of copper ions.2.The ratio fluorescent probe HBT-TBD we designed and synthesized can realize rapid detection of fluoride ion in DMSO/H2O(4:1,v/v)solution.The probe was designed with HBT as the luminescent group and Si-O bond as the recognition site of fluoride ion.In the HBT-TBD solution, the fluorescence is quenched rapidly after fluoride ion is added, and it also changes from light yellow to red under natural light. In the range of p H=4~13,the HBT-TBD probe still has good detection performance for fluoride ion.,And the response speed is fast, the phenomenon is obvious. In addition, the probe HBT-TBD has different colors of fluorescence at different p Hs.This phenomenon provides a new idea for the preparation of a new type of acid-base indicator.
