Since the beginning of the 21 st century,global ecological and environmental problems have become increasingly serious and have become the biggest challenge to the sustainable development of the global economy and society.Like other countries abroad,China has also encountered the problem of permeating the deterioration of the ecological environment in its economic development,and China’s ecological environment problems are more difficult and complicated than other countries.In recent years,the main problem of China’s ecological environment is that the ecological environment is facing unprecedented pressure while achieving world economic development.The rapid economic growth and human social activities have led to the emergence and aggravation of the ecological environment crisis.The economic development mode of high input,high consumption and high emission has caused the pollution and destruction of the ecological environment.This economic development mode at the expense of the ecological environment is totally undesirable.At present,with China’s green development beginning to get better,the problems of ecological environment are gradually improved.It is of great practical significance to deeply understand and analyze the changing characteristics and obstacles of China’s ecological environment development under the guidance of the concept of green development.This article takes 31 provinces(cities,districts)in China from 2011 to 2018 as the research object,based on the DPSIR framework model,and builds China’s ecological environment quality evaluation index system from the five perspectives of driving force,pressure,status,impact and response.First,use the secondary weighted factor analysis method to obtain the comprehensive evaluation value of the ecological environment quality in each year,and construct a hybrid operator based on the OWA operator and the OWGA operator to calculate the dynamic comprehensive value of the ecological environment quality in each region in the past 8 years.Comparing the differences and changes of the ecological environment quality in different regions and at different times,finally analyze the obstacle factors affecting the development of the ecological environment in 31 provinces(cities,districts)in China through the obstacle degree model.The results show that:(1)the driving force,pressure,state,impact and response of the ecological environment in China’s provinces(cities and districts)are quite different,and the development of the internal subsystems of the ecological environment is not coordinated;(2)the quality of the ecological environment in China’s provinces(cities and districts)is uneven,and the ecological environment problems in Northwest China are the most worrying;(3)the ecological environment problems in most parts of the country Since 2012,the environmental quality has declined significantly,and since 2014,it has shown a good trend,and the ecological environment protection has achieved results;(4)the common obstacle factors of China’s ecological environment development are the per capita water resources,the per capita general industrial solid waste production,the proportion of natural disaster economic loss in GDP,and the proportion of industrial pollution control investment in GDP,in which the serious lack of water resources is control It is the primary factor for the harmonious and friendly development of ecological environment in China(except Tibet).
