In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the domestic economic level, the quality of people’s lives has also continued to improve.About 80%of a person’s life is spent indoors.Indoor air quality and thermal comfort conditions directly affect the quality of life. Therefore, researches on indoor environment have been endless in recent years, including research on indoor ventilation potential, influencing factors and personnel behavior. However, there are few studies on indoor environmental conditions in mild zone.In addition, there is a lack of scientific research on the scientific determination of the sample size for indoor air quality long-term monitoring. This article first used long-term monitoring methods to monitor the indoor environmental parameters of 13 homes in mild zone.Based on the monitored data, scientific calculations and regular analysis of the sample size were performed through statistical theoretical formulas, and the influence of different sampling frequencies on the monitoring results was analyzed.Secondly, the monitoring results of indoor environment parameters were analyzed and discussed, and compared with the existing standards.A comprehensive analysis of the indoor environmental conditions was conducted. Then,a literature survey was conducted on the evaluation method of the indoor environment. Finally, the somatosensory temperature method was used to evaluate the indoor thermal comfort condition, and the comprehensive index method was used to evaluate the indoor air quality. The research results show that more than 80%of the indoor air quality in mild zone is clean. In winter,30%of cases are uncomfortable with heat.89.8%of the year, the indoor thermal comfort condition is relatively comfortable.Different study parameters require different minimum sample sizes.PM2.5,formaldehyde requires a larger sample size than room temperature and relative humidity. The sampling frequency of formaldehyde and PM2.5 is greater than temperature and relative humidity. With a certain degree of confidence, sampling 3 days per week can replace the sampling results of 7 days per week. The sampling frequency of formaldehyde and PM2.5 should not be less than 1/6 h-1.The sampling frequency of indoor temperature and relative humidity can be appropriately increased to 1/12 h-1.Compared with the result obtained at the sampling frequency above 1 min-1,the relative error is not greater than 15%.The research results in this paper can provide some basis for the selection of sample size and the arrangement of sampling plans for long-term indoor environment monitoring and short-term monitoring. At the same time, the analysis and research on the status of indoor air can fill the gap in the research of indoor air quality in mild zone and provide a certain basis for the formulation of relevant standards.
