Now the use of biomass and its derivatives as raw materials for the preparation of hydrogen is recognized as an effective way to gradually replace fossil energy.The biogas slurry is a liquid residue after the anaerobic fermentation of animal manure and organic food,it contains organic substances such as alkanes and alcohols in the biogas slurry,that can be used for industrial production by certain ways,which would provide a new way of utilization of biogas slurry.Hydrogen production from aqueous-phase reforming technology can convert the polyol into hydrogen and carbon dioxide at mild temperature.Both the catalyst active metal and the support used in this technique have an effect on hydrogen production,and the stability of the nickel-based catalyst is low.In this paper,the Ni catalysts with different supports were prepared by impregnation method.The feasibility of the conversion of biogas slurry by aqueous phase reforming hydrogen production technology and the optimal conditions of the reaction and were investigated.and modification of the catalyst were characterized by XRD,TEM,BET and XPS.Means for characterizing the catalyst,the main results obtained are as follows:(1)The biogas slurry was tested with Ni/Al2O3 catalyst at different temperatures and found that the reaction conditions were 2.8 MPa and 225°C;the hydrogen component was 6.23%;the TOC value after the reaction was 3.2 mg/L.However,the repeated use of the Ni/Al2O3 catalyst is not ideal,the thermal stability is poor,and the carbon deposition is serious.(2)The biogas slurry was tested under different pressures at different temperatures using Ni/CeO2 catalyst.When the reaction conditions were 2.8 MPa and 225°C,the hydrogen content in the gas production could reach 35.44%,and the TOC measurement value was only 4.0 mg/L.For the repeated use of the catalyst,although the number of repeated uses increased,there was still a small amount of carbon deposition.(3)The Ni/CeO2 catalyst was optimized and doped with the second metals Fe,Co and Cu,respectively.It was found that the hydrogen production of the Ni Co/CeO2catalyst is the highest.It improves the metal dispersion,reduces the carbon deposit generated during the reaction,greatly improves the catalytic activity and deactivation,and improves the catalytic activity of the catalyst as a whole.
