Elsholtzia densa Benth(Labiatae)is an annual herbaceous plant distributed in Yunnan and Xizang. As Zang traditional medicine,it has been used to treat colds, fever.Mosla chinensis Maxim belonging to the family Labiatae, grows Yunnan,Sichuang and Guizhou. It has been used to treat heat stroke, fever, cold and acute gastroenteritis.40 compounds, including 3 new compounds, were isolated from the above two medicinal plants,The anti-influenza H1N1 and anti-inflammatory activities of two ethnic medicinal plants were studied. This thesis is composed of four chapters:The first chapter introduces influenza virus and modern anti-influenza virus drugs, and has carried out a literature review of the research on anti-influenza of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.Chapters II and III discusses two chemical composition and biological activity of national medicinal plants. The fourth chapter summarizes and discusses this thesis. In this study, the chemical constituents of Elsholtzia densa were systematically studied. From the chloroform phase of 90%ethanol-water extract of Elsholtzia densa Benth,17compounds were separated, including 1 new compound. The structure type involved triterpenes and flavonoids,Monoterpenes and phenolic acids, etc.,including 6 triterpenes(1-6),4 flavonoids(7-10),1 monoterpene(11),6 organic phenolic acids(12-17),new The compounds were named Edensa acid(1).We conducted a preliminary screening of the crude extracts and monomer compounds obtained from Elsholtzia densa for anti-H1N1 influenza virus activity in vitro, and found that the petroleum ether phase, chloroform phase and n-butanol phase have anti-H1N1influenza activity.Screen monomer compounds for anti-influenza activity, the screening results showed that compounds 7,8,9,15,and 17 had certain anti-H1N1 influenza virus activity at a concentration of 60μmol/L.We also screened the anti-inflammatory activity of the monomeric compounds of Elsholtzia densa, and found that compound 10 had significant anti-inflammatory activity, and the IC50 value was 15.45μM.23 compounds were separated from the chloroform phase of the 70%acetone/water extract of Mosla chinensis. The structure types involved triterpenes, flavonoids and phenolic acids, including 8 flavonoids(1-8)and 3 triterpenoids(9-11),12 organic phenolic acids(12-23).Furthermore,this study Mosla chinensis crude extracts in vitro anti-influenza virus H1N1 and antiinflammatory activity screening, found chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol phase having anti-H1N1 influenza activity, petroleum ether, chloroform and ethyl acetate phase. The ester phase has anti-inflammatory activity in vitro.Preliminary screening of the biological activity of the isolated monomer compounds showed that compounds 5,18,19,and 20 have certain anti-influenza virus activity, which lays a foundation for further research on the biological activity of the chemical components of Mosla chinensis.
