Study On The Interactive Coupling Of Economic And Environment In Huaihai Economic Zone

Since the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",China’s economy has entered a new normal,and the industrial structure has been continuously optimized.However,as the economy continues to develop,some deeper contradictions have also become more prominent.Therefore,it is important for the sustainable development of our country to study the mutual influence relationship between the economy and the environment and coordinate the development status.Based on the relevant literature,this study takes 20 prefecture-level cities in the Huaihai Economic Zone as the research objects,and takes 2006-2016 as the research sequence,using spatial data exploration and analysis,impulse response function,variance decomposition analysis and dynamic coupling model.Methods such as the analysis of the differences between regional economic and environmental systems,the interaction between economic and environmental systems,and the temporal and spatial pattern of the coordinated and coordinated development of the two systems.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of the evolutionary characteristics of the integrated economic and environmental systems.As far as the Huaihai Economic Zone is concerned,the overall evaluation value of the economic system during the study period has been steadily rising.Its evaluation value has increased from 0.27 to 0.33.The overall evaluation value of the environmental system showed a fluctuating upward trend during the 11 years with an average annual growth rate of 1.5%.In terms of the four major regions of northern Jiangsu,southern Shandong,northern Anhui,and eastern Henan,the overall level of economic integration and the overall level of environment quality are For: Southern Shandong> Northern Jiangsu> Northern Anhui>Eastern Henan.(2)In terms of economic and environment differences.In terms of the time-series evolution of economic disparities,there was a fluctuating upward trend in2006-2016.As far as its spatial pattern is concerned,the spatial agglomeration phenomenon at the comprehensive economic level of various cities has gradually weakened;in terms of the temporal evolution of the differences in the quality of ecological environment,the differences show fluctuations.As far as its spatial pattern is concerned,the phenomenon of spatial agglomeration of the comprehensive environmental levels in various cities has been significantly deepened.(3)In the interaction between the two systems of the economy and the ecological environment.With regard to the impact of economic growth on the quality of environment,from the analysis of impulse response,we can see that the economic level and economic structure have a positive effect on environmental quality,while economic efficiency has a greater effect on its impact.By variance decomposition,the contribution rate of economic efficiency to environment quality has a downward trend,but it has been at a relatively high level.The contribution rate of economic structure to environmental quality has been increasing year by year,and the contribution rate of economic level to ecological environmental quality has been the smallest;From the perspective of the impact of the environment on economic growth,it can be known from the impulse response function that environmental pollution is a deterrent to economic growth performance.The effect of environmental governance on economic growth is inhibited in the early stage,and the reverse is opposite to the latter.The performance of environmental construction on economic growth to promote the role.From variance decomposition,the environmental subsystem’s contribution rate to economic growth is: environmental construction> environmental contral>environmental pollution.(4)The spatial and temporal pattern of the coupling and coordination of the economic and ecological systems.In terms of time series,between 2006 and 2016,the coupling and coordination between the economic and ecological environment in the Huaihai Economic Zone continued to rise,and the scissor rate of the evolution rate of the two systems also fluctuate.The dynamic coupling of the two systems during the study period was From 0° to 90°,it indicates that the region is in a stage of coordinated development;in terms of spatial pattern,the northern Jiangsu and southern Shandong regions are significantly better than those in northern Anhui and eastern Henan.
