| The development of rail transit from single line operation to network operation not only brings convenience to people, but also brings great challenges to the daily operation safety and material allocation of urban rail transit.Under the network operation system, the emergencies of rail transit single station will even affect the whole network,so fast and effective emergency rescue has become an important support to deal with security challenges. As an important place to store emergency rescue materials and carry out emergency management, the rationality of emergency rescue points determines the efficiency of emergency rescue to a certain extent.Combined with the complex network theory and the current situation of emergency rescue points, this paper makes an in-depth study on the location and construction sequence of rail transit emergency rescue points. The research process is carried out through the following three parts. The first part first combs the pre factors of the construction of emergency rescue points, classifies the emergency rescue points and emergencies, and analyzes the influencing factors of site selection and construction sequence. Then, the concept of network importance is introduced as an important basis of location method, and five evaluation indexes of network importance are set based on the statistical characteristics of complex network and the passenger flow of stations. The second part studies the construction sequence of urban rail transit emergency rescue points. The construction time sequence is subdivided into three parts: construction scale, construction timing and construction sequence. The construction scale is divided into two parts: material allocation scale and site area scale. For material allocation scale,a non-parametric kernel density estimation method is proposed to estimate, and for construction timing and nuclear construction sequence,decision-making schemes are proposed to match the actual situation. In the third part, the model of emergency rescue location is designed.Firstly, the importance of the network is used as the basis to select the necessary and alternative points of the emergency rescue points.Based on this, the multi-objective location optimization model of the emergency rescue points is constructed. The shortest rescue response time and the lowest construction cost are taken as the objective function, and the coverage of the emergency rescue points to the demand points and the rescue response time are taken as the constraints Finally, four subway lines in Kunming are taken as examples to verify the model, and the optimal location scheme is obtained, and the location suggestions of emergency rescue points are put forward.Through the research,it is found that the current situation of urban rail transit emergency rescue points is lack of clear theoretical support, and there are some problems in practical application, such as random planning, high proportion of resource allocation, and lack of consideration of construction sequence. In this paper, the multi-objective optimization model for the location design of emergency rescue points has strong operability and good performance in the case analysis of Kunming metro network. |
