Infrared axle temperature detection system is an important equipment to ensure railway safety in the railway transportation industry.It mainly prevents the axle and bearing from generating high temperature and overheating due to excessive friction when the train is running at high speed,forming a "hot axle" and causing major accidents.In the current use of the infrared axle temperature detection system,there are problems such as low hot axle fulfillment rate,which has a great negative effect on the reliable and stable operation of the system.Based on this,in the research of this paper,around such problems,it is proposed to design and implement a THDS intelligent detection system to improve the reliability of the system in a targeted manner.The analysis work carried out in this paper mainly includes the following points:First,the system explained the main operating principles of the widely used infrared axle temperature detection system and the structural status of the system,and mainly explained the detection station as the core component of the system.The composition and main functions of the detection station and the reliability and stability of the detection station are directly related to the long-term stable operation of the entire system.In this process,the key factors affecting the detection of axle temperature were analyzed and studied.Secondly,the accuracy of the hot target calibration is one of the key factors affecting the axle temperature detection,which determines the accuracy of the axle temperature signal collected by the infrared axle temperature detection system.In order to improve the accuracy of the hot target calibration,temperature control research is carried out on the heating of the hot target.Thirdly,this article focuses on the processing of linear axle temperature waveforms,and designs a waveform recognition strategy based on neural network.After the simulation analysis of the vehicle axle temperature parameters in the on-site environment,the calculation results are processed,etc.,it shows that the application of these strategies can be Improve the accuracy of hot axis discrimination,so as to achieve the effect of increasing the redemption rate.Finally,according to the corresponding improvement,design the THDS intelligent detection system,hardware circuit design,and module design,and build an experimental platform.
