Based on China’s national conditions,combined with the production status of large-scale dairy farms and the physicochemical characteristics of sewage,as well as the requirements of sewage discharge standards of dairy farms,this study independently developed the sewage treatment device of dairy farms,and improved and optimized the sewage treatment device of dairy farms in the process of practice,At the same time,a series of organic matter degradation experiments were carried out by using the device,and the suitable fermentation agents for wastewater treatment of local farms were selected(1)The sewage treatment equipment of dairy farms in Hohhot area was designed.The sewage treatment equipment of dairy farms was optimized through the process principle,process characteristics and technical indicators,combined with the characteristics of the climate in Hohhot,and the sewage treatment equipment of dairy farms was independently developed.The optimization equipment includes foam The collection device and heat preservation and heating device have a good operating effect,avoid secondary pollution and extend the winter in Hohhot by about one month,extend the sewage treatment time of dairy farms,and reduce the delay of sewage treatment in the cold weather in Hohhot in winter.It also speeds up the progress of continuing to carry out sewage treatment in dairy farms after the temperature will warm.(2)According to the water quality monitoring of No.1-8 biological processor in the sewage treatment plant of dairy farms,each stage of No.1-8 biological processor has obvious changes.The changes of CODcrconcentration and BOD5 concentration in the three bacterial agents are all Decreasing trend,test group 1 has the strongest degradability of CODcrand BOD5,and the removal rate of CODcrand BOD5concentration can reach 74.82%and 78.31%;the removal rate of CODcrand BOD5concentration in test group 2 is 56.61%and 68.04%;the removal rates of CODcrand BOD5 concentrations in the test 3 group are 63.33%and 78.15%;the test 1 group can reduce the CODcrconcentration and BOD5concentration in the water to the lowest of the three,indicating that the degradation ability of the test 1 group on CODcrand BOD5is The strongest;adding experiment 1,experiment 2,and experiment 3 can significantly improve the removal rate of CODcr,BOD5,roundworm eggs and other indicators in the wastewater of dairy farms.Keep the temperature at about 25℃and continue to provide aeration Under the environment,adding three kinds of compound inoculants to the sewage treatment equipment of dairy farms can have a removal rate of more than 50%,and the highest can reach 75%,indicating that the sewage treatment equipment of dairy farms and the compound microbial inoculants Organic combination is feasible;Through the analysis of the changes of microorganisms in the water quality,it is concluded that each level of biological processor in the sewage treatment device of dairy farm can quickly cultivate the microorganisms in the water,and play a stable and safe role.Through the combination of intelligent devices,a lot of artificial problems are saved,and a good environment is provided for the systematic observation of water quality changes and biological treatment.(3)Through the concentration gradient test of the fermentation inoculum,test1-1 group(3‰),test 1-2 group(2‰),test 1-3 group(1‰),through the CODcr,BOD5and roundworm eggs Comparing the three aspects is most suitable for the sewage treatment equipment of dairy farms and the concentration of the sewage water quality and physical and chemical characteristics of dairy farms.Finally,a comprehensive analysis shows that the treatment effects of test 1-2 and test 1-1 are basically the same,but test 1-The economic benefit of group 2 is significantly higher than that of group1-1,so the follow-up experiment selects group 1-2 for biological treatment.(4)Through the analysis and research of dairy farms,as well as the test results and data analysis of the wastewater quality,sedimentation characteristics and microbial characteristics of the dairy farms,a set of aerobic-based wastewater from the dairy farms supplemented by anaerobic was selected.Treatment process.Through this process,the existing technology and equipment are organically combined into one,and the CODcr and BOD5 concentrations of the sewage of the dairy farm are detected.The simulation test process and the sewage treatment device of the dairy farm are relatively successful,and the goal of ensuring discharge is achieved.The simulated process has a maximum removal rate of 95.56%for CODcrand a maximum removal rate of 90.82%for BOD5,and the treatment effect is very obvious.
