| At present,our country’s traditional fossil fuels are constantly being overconsumed,and new energy sources have been put on the agenda.Supercapacitors due to its advantages of energy storage has received widespread attention,porous carbon materials is more common electrode materials in practical application,has the rich channel and high specific surface area and it has good thermal stability.In this article,carbon materials are mainly prepared based on the template method,and nitrogen elements are introduced to doping to improve the performance of the materials.Based on the experiments of simple and feasible reaction conditions,the obtained nitrogen-doped carbon materials can be achieved.The ideal state of morphology change and size change,and finally made an inquiry when it is used in electrode materials.The main research and exploration contents in the paper are as follows:1)Nitrogen-doped mesoporous carbon was prepared by a simple tail gas deposition method,using triaminophenol as carbon source and nitrogen source,and crab shell as template.The obtained carbon materials were characterized by a series of morphologies and sizes,and the results showed that there were abundant mesoporous structures in the obtained carbon materials.The obtained NMC-2 has a specific surface area of 552 m2 g-1and a mesoporous structure of about 2.1 nm.The final electrochemical test showed that NMC-2 has good cycle stability,very low attenuation rate,and good capacitance characteristics,making it an extremely viable electrode material for use in supercapacitors.2)With triaminophenol resin as carbon source and nitrogen source,ethyl orthosilicate as the main structure guide agent and ethylenediamine as the organic solvent to provide the appropriate alkaline environment for the reaction,the polymerization conditions of silicon spheres and resin were created.By changing the reaction temperature,the nitrogen-doped hollow folded carbon spheres were prepared,which met the needs of the fold.In this experiment,it is mainly based on the different principles that the hydrolysis rate of tetraethyl orthosilicate and the polymerization rate of phenolic resin are different at different reaction temperatures,and then through the steps of carbonization,silicon dissolution,and filtration,nitrogen-doped hollow pleated carbon spheres are obtained.By changing the temperature used in the reaction system,a controllable preparation of its morphology can be achieved.The prepared N-HMCS has uniform particle size,narrow pore size distribution,wrinkled appearance and excellent electrochemical performance.3)Synthesis system on the basis of 2,by changing the volume ratio of ethanol and water in,but the total amount is not to change,through simple to adjust the proportion of them,can achieve the structure size and pore size is adjustable and the change of spatial structure,the preparation of N-MCS has good electrochemical stability,and excellent capacitance retention. |
