Taking Qingshuihe County in Inner Mongolia as the research area, selecting the6 th period of land use 30 m raster data from 1995 to 2019 as the data source, through the land use transfer matrix, land use dynamics and spatial autocorrelation analysis, the land use of Qingshuihe County in the past 24 years Analyze the evolution of the pattern. From the perspectives of ecological sensitivity(S),ecological resilience(R),ecological stress(P),etc.,other natural environmental impact factor data and socio-economic data are selected to evaluate the ecological vulnerability of Qingshuihe County and use geography Detector model to analyze the factors affecting ecological vulnerability.Concluded as follow:(1)From 1995 to 2019,the proportion of cultivated land area showed a decreasing trend, the proportion of forest land area showed a gradually increasing trend, the proportion of grassland area showed an increasing trend, and the proportion of construction land showed an increasing trend year by year.According to the analysis of the spatial autocorrelation of land use types, the spatial distribution and agglomeration characteristics of cultivated land show an upward trend and then a downward trend. The other five types of land use generally show a downward trend in spatial agglomeration.(2)From 1995 to 2019,the ecological vulnerability of Qingshuihe County increased from east to west. From 1995 to 2019,the overall ecological vulnerability of Qingshuihe County was slightly, slightly, and moderately vulnerable. The overall distribution of ecological vulnerabilities is obviously increasing from east to west, and the distribution is characterized by vertical zonality.(3)The results of the geo-detector’s impact factor detection show that the impact of each impact factor on the changes in the ecological vulnerability level of Qingshuihe County is different. It also shows that the proportion of ecological land, reasonable land use and annual average rainfall have an impact on the ecological environment. The impact of vulnerability is more significant. The interaction between the various influencing factors on the changes in the ecological vulnerability of Qingshuihe County from 1995 to 2019 are both double-factor enhancement and non-linear enhancement, indicating that the interaction value of each influencing factor is greater than the value of a single influencing factor.
