| China is the country with the largest ecological fragile area in the world,with many examples of fragility and one of the most significant fragility countries.the most types of fragility,and the most obvious manifestation of ecological fragility.The report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward “to build an ecological civilization and basically form an industrial structure,growth pattern,and consumption pattern that conserves energy resources and protects the ecological environment”.The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to "Actively promote the construction of ecological civilization." Since then,china has continuously increased its investment in ecological environmental protection in arid and semi-arid ecologically fragile areas.The protection and construction of ecosystems have achieved remarkable results,and the deterioration of ecological environment has been initially controlled,Great progress has been made in economic and social development.Therefore,from the perspective of coordinated development of the system,this article comprehensively measures the development level of Aluhorqin Banner,a typical county in the ecologically fragile area,after implementing various measures,which can effectively re-examine the development process of the region and explore the internal driving mechanism of system evolution.To this end,this research uses the data from 2009 to2019,takes "factor-process-mechanism-control" as the main line of research,and comprehensively uses mathematical methods from disciplines such as economics,ecology,sociology,and geography.The coordinated development mechanism of ecological-economy-society system is discussed in depth.The thesis consists of seven chapters,of which the first and second chapters are the introduction,literature summary and basic research theory and framework;the third,fourth,and fifth chapters are the focus of the research,including the analysis of the ecological,economic and social development status of Aluhorqin Banner,Quantitative analysis of the coordinated development of ecological-economic-social system coupling and analysis of the mechanism of coordinated development between EES systems;Chapter VI proposes to adapt to the A The regulation path of the coordinated development of the ecological-economic-social(EES)system of Rukorqin Banner.The seventh chapter is conclusions and prospects.The core content discussed in this paper and the main conclusions reached are as follows:First,there are obvious temporal differences in the degree of coordination and coordinated development of the ecological,economic and social system development of Alu Horqin Banner,that is,it is divided into two important time nodes(2009-2011 and 2011-2019).In general,the degree of coordination and coordinated development increased significantly from 2009 to 2011,while the state of steady growth was slightly increased from 2011 to 2019.This has a relatively large corresponding relationship with the ecological environment construction status,economic development level and social progress of Aluhorqin Banner.Second,the overall level of the coordinated development of the ecological environment system,economic and social systems of Aluhorqin Banner has improved,the low-coordinated areas have gradually shifted to the moderately coordinated,and the internal differences in the ecological,economic and social systems have gradually decreased.However,the coordinated development type has not yet achieved the synchronous development of EES,and it is at the level of economic and social progress and ecological lag.Third,in view of the development status of the ecological-economic-social system and the level of coordinated development in Aluhorqin Banner,the influencing factors are analyzed: policy assistance mechanism,technical cooperation mechanism,and social operation guarantee mechanism.In addition,in order to enable Aqi to develop in a coordinated manner,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed:(1)Guide environmental protection system changes based on coordination types;(2)Develop industrial structure upgrade policies based on the degree of coordinated development;(3)Strengthen the talent service system based on the needs of sustainable development. |
