| With the rapid development of photovoltaic industry,polysilicon production raw materials in the international market demand is increasing.The development of economic globalization also makes the competition between enterprises intensify.Enterprises pursue to produce more high-quality products with the least production input and improve the utilization rate of resources.Enterprise asset management system(EAM)project carries out this idea,optimizes the enterprise production process by means of information technology,improves the utilization rate of resources,and continuously promotes the competitiveness of the enterprise.This paper starts with the equipment management problems and needs of X enterprises,combines the characteristics of EAM system,through field investigation and interview,to understand the equipment management status of X enterprises,and find out the problems existing in equipment management of X enterprises through the current situation,and analyze the necessity of introducing EAM system.Based on this analysis,through questionnaire,The paper collects and sorts out the data of the leaders and employees of X enterprise on the knowledge of equipment management in assets,and analyzes the data,so as to provide countermeasures and measures for X enterprises to introduce EAM system,and provide the feasibility basis for its smooth launch and implementation.This paper also uses PDCA theory to repeat the four steps of cycle planning,execution,inspection and correction in each stage,to ensure that EAM system improves in X enterprises in reducing capital occupation cost,reducing equipment downtime and maintenance cost,consolidating X enterprise’s position in polysilicon production industry,and providing continuous guarantee for X enterprises in economic globalization competition. |
