| Since the 21 st century,China’s industrialization process has accelerated, and safety accidents have been accompanied by it.In the process of production and operation of enterprises, the frequent occurrence of accidents is closely related to the risk perception ability of employees, and the individual’s internal characteristics of emotion may have a certain impact on people’s risk perception. Therefore,in this article, this research adopts empirical research methods to examine whether employees’ emotions affect their perception of risk in unsafe states, and the degree of influence of different expressions of emotions on risk perception, and explores the positive, neutral, and negative aspects. The relationship between emotion and perception of risk in an unsafe state.According to the research results, analyze how to apply it to workshop safety management,so as to reduce the occurrence of accidents and ensure the safe production of enterprises.Based on the research at home and abroad, this paper designs three experiments according to the objectives of this research.Experiment 1 used E-prime software to screen emotion types, and screened emotion types at two levels: potency and arousal.Through data analysis of Experiment 1,it is found that there are significant differences in the valence and arousal of emotion pictures between China and the West.Positive emotions have higher valence than negative emotions, while negative emotions have higher valence. The degree of arousal indicates that there are differences in the perception of emotions between China and the West.At the same time, this conclusion provides experimental stimulus materials for Experiment 3.The second experiment used E-prime software to screen the safety status to study whether the safety status of the workshop has an impact on employees on the two levels of valence and arousal. The experimental analysis found that the safe state has a higher valence than the unsafe state scene, the arousal is lower than the unsafe state, and the visual cognition of employees is more biased towards the unsafe state scene. At the same time, this conclusion provides a target stimulus for experiment 3.material.Experiment 3 is a psychological experiment on the perception of the risk of unsafe state by emotions. The emotions selected in Experiment 1 are selected to induce, and the safe state pictures selected in Experiment 2 are judged. The reaction time and reaction accuracy rate are selected as the evaluation of unsafe employees. An indicator of state risk perception ability. The experimental results show that positive emotions improve employees’ risk perception ability of unsafe states, and negative emotions reduce employees’ risk perception ability;employees’ risk perception of unsafe states is higher than that of safe states. Finally,by improving the safety status of the workshop of M company, the conclusion of the experiment was verified and suggestions were provided for the safety management of the workshop of the company. |
