Accurate and effective aging diagnosis and evaluation of oil paper insulation equipment is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of power equipment.The existing research shows that the Raman spectrum characteristics of oil paper insulation aging are obvious.Based on the previous research of the research group,the machine learning model is established based on the Raman spectrum diagnosis of oil paper insulation aging,and the degree of oil paper insulation aging is directly evaluated based on the Raman spectrum characteristics of insulating oil;for different voltage levels and different structures of oil paper insulation equipment,considering the influence of different oil paper ratio on oil paper insulation aging,the different oil paper ratio insulation Raman model is established The Raman characteristics of different oil paper ratios were modified,and the improved diagnosis model was established.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The molecular models of insulating oil and insulating paper were constructed by molecular simulation software,and the reaction process of cellulose under different oil paper ratio was analyzed by molecular simulation;the simulation models of 10:1,15:1 and 20:1 oil paper ratio were established,and the reaction molecular dynamics simulation was carried out at different temperatures;the reaction energy and main aging products under different oil paper ratio were compared The influence of oil paper ratio on the aging evaluation of oil paper insulation is verified by simulation.(2)Thermal aging tests were carried out at different oil paper ratios of 10:1,11.67:1,13.33:1,15:1,16.67:1,18.33:1 and 20:1.The aging products in the thermal aging process were measured by traditional methods,and the relationship between the degree of polymerization of insulating paper,furfural dissolved in oil and oil paper ratio was analyzed.The surface morphology of insulating paper with different aging degree and oil paper ratio was measured by scanning electron microscope.The experimental results show that the proportion of oil paper has a certain influence on the aging of insulating paper,but the influence is small,but it has a great influence on the results of oil paper insulation aging diagnosis through insulating oil.(3)A portable oil paper insulation Raman spectrometer is designed and manufactured for on-site monitoring of oil paper insulation.The equipment optimizes the hardware performance and standardizes the sample container Based on the self-developed portable oil paper insulation aging Raman spectrometer,the Raman spectra of oil paper insulation samples with different oil paper ratios and aging stages were analyzed.The database was expanded based on the generation confrontation network and long-term and short-term memory network to expand the Raman spectrum database and solve the imbalance problem among samples.According to the OOB data and Gini coefficient,the random forest model was used The algorithm calculates the importance of each feature and filters the features,and gets 12 features after filtering.(4)Based on the extracted features,the correction coefficient is defined with the oil paper ratio of 10:1 as the correction benchmark,and six features are further selected to establish the correction model according to the variation law of 12 features.The correction coefficient is fitted by binary fitting combined with the variation law of dissolved substances in oil under different oil paper ratios.A multi classification support vector machine(SVM)model for oil paper insulation aging diagnosis is constructed,and the grid search method is used to optimize the diagnosis model.Based on the spectral data under the condition of oil paper ratio of 10:1,the oil paper insulation aging diagnosis model with good diagnosis performance is trained.The results show that the proposed method can effectively eliminate the influence of different oil paper ratio on oil paper insulation aging diagnosis based on Raman spectroscopy.Based on the Raman spectrum of oil paper insulation,different oil paper ratio has a great influence on the aging diagnosis of oil paper insulation.The correction model proposed in this paper can better correct the diagnosis error caused by the change of oil paper ratio,and has a good application prospect.
