Fired brick and tile products have always been the most widely used building materials in China.However,the preparation technology of sintered brick and tile products has not caught up with the current cutting-edge level of science and technology.On the one hand,it is caused by the industry itself,on the other hand,it is caused by the lack of high-level intelligent equipment and technical personnel.In this case,in this paper,after a lot of on-the-spot investigation,combined with the existing literature,we have a full understanding of the entire brick and tile preparation process,we have carried out a more in-depth study on the control of the cutting and forming of the brick,and carried out the design and implementation of the real object.First of all,based on the characteristics and requirements of the upper and lower links in the preparation process,the functions of the system are obtained,and the overall scheme and control process of the intelligent tracking shear servo control system are designed to meet all the requirements.Then,according to the specific problems in the scheme,the calculation model is established by measuring the speed and length of the material through the encoder pulse feedback and the mathematical relationship between the length and speed of the material;the mathematical model is established by the mathematical relationship between the speed of the motor and the speed,acceleration and displacement of the synchronous cutting table,and the trajectory of the motion process is planned to obtain the model Type.At the same time,according to the characteristics of unknown parameters of servo control model,in order to achieve the optimal control of different production systems with different production conditions of different brick types and different factories,the model-based adaptive control algorithm will be used to adjust the model parameters of the controlled object online,so that the output of the system tends to be consistent with the output of the reference model,and finally the relative accuracy is obtained The optimal control effect.Finally,combined with the process and function of the servo control system,the overall design of the system is completed,the actual operation of the field is analyzed and improved,and the high-precision and high-quality cutting of the servo system is realized.At the same time,the strong robustness and anti-interference performance of the adaptive control in the servo system are proved.
