| With the rapid development of domestic economic modernization,waste glass is becoming more and more serious.According to statistics,the amount of waste glass in domestic cities has reached about 5 billion tons every year,accounting for about 5% of the total urban domestic waste,causing serious pollution to the environment.Of course,some domestic enterprises use waste glass as raw materials to process new glass,but due to factors such as high processing costs and low utilization rate of waste glass,it is impractical to process all waste glass,so most of the waste glass is discarded.If the waste glass can be recycled and reused,it will not only protect the environment,but also save resources and improve economic benefits.At present,the "cement substitution method" is more commonly used,which is to prepare recycled concrete or recycled mortar by replacing part of the cement in the concrete material with RMP.However,this alternative method may adversely affect the durability and strength of concrete or mortar.Based on this adverse effect,some researchers have proposed a brand-new alternative method,that is,the "paste replacement method",which is to prepare recycled concrete or recycled mortar by replacing a part of the slurry in the concrete material with the RMP.Change the water-cement ratio of recycled mortar concrete.The research on recycled glass powder(RGP)as a recycled material in concrete,especially in the cement substitution method and the slurry substitution method,still lacks comparatively systematic research.Therefore,the research on the use of RGP to prepare recycled mortar has certain research significance and value.In this paper,30 sets of cement mortars with different mix ratios will be designed through the cement substitution method and the slurry substitution method with the content of recycled glass powder as the variable parameter,and the mechanical properties,dimensional stability,durability,and carbon emission calculations will be experimentally studied..The main experimental research work is as follows:(1)Based on the cement substitution method,study the tendency of cube compressive strength,Fluidity and microstructure of cement mortar cubes affected by recycled glass powder,and carry out the cube compressive strength test,Carbon emission calculation and SEM test.According to the experimental results,the fluidity of recycled glass powder cement mortar under the cement substitution method is not affected,However,the compressive strength and micro-density of recycled glass powder cement mortar cubes are reduced.In terms of mechanical properties,as the content of recycled glass powder increases,the compressive strength of the cube decreases more significantly.At the same time,the higher the content of recycled glass powder,the higher the content of SP.(2)Based on the paste replacement method,study the cube compressive strength,fluidity,microstructure and the recycled glass powder cement mortar cube and the trend of carbon emissions affected by the recycled glass powder,And carried out compression resistance test,optical electron microscope scanning,accumulation density test and carbon emission calculation.According to the experimental results,the workability of recycled glass powder cement mortar under the slurry substitution method is somewhat reduced,which can be improved by adding superplasticizer(SP).The cube compressive strength of the recycled glass powder cement mortar has been significantly improved.In terms of compressive capacity,Once the percentage of recycled glass powder replacement rate increases,the compressive resistance of the mortar will increase accordingly.At the same time,the micro-density has a significant improvement as the percentage of replacement rate of recycled glass powder increases,and carbon emissions show a downward trend.(3)Based on the paste replacement method,study the influence of the durability and volume stability of recycled glass powder cement mortar,and conduct drying shrinkage test,electric flux test,carbonization test,and water absorption test.According to the experimental results,the durability and volume stability of recycled glass powder cement mortar under paste replacement method have been significantly improved.Among them,the shrinkage rate and shrinkage strain,electric flux,carbonization depth,and water absorption decreased significantly. |
