The southern Jiangxi Province is a typically hilly area in China.In order to explore the methods to improve ecosystem service capacity of such area,this paper studied variation characteristic of landscape pattern and their relationship with ecosystem service value.Based on Landsat TM / ETM Remote Sensing Image and DEM data,the Fragstats 4.2 spatial analysis tool was used to establish the landscape pattern index.Canaco5.0 statistical software was used to analyze the relationship of the landscape pattern index and ecosystem service value on land-use patterns in 2000,2005,2010,2015,2010,and 2018.The results showed that:(1)Forest land was the dominant landscape type in the southern Jiangxi Province,but landscape type significant affected by human disturbance from 2000 to 2018,leading to an obvious increase of construction land.Fragmentation,heterogeneity,type complexity were all increased,and landscape type were unstable.Fragmentation is the main change of landscape pattern.The hot spots are mainly distributed in urban residential areas.(2)The value of ecosystem services decreased from 2560.97 billion yuan in 2000 to 2523.54 billion yuan from 2000 to 2018.The forest and construction land ecosystem service has continuous decreased by years,and the forest ecosystem service value contributed the most as a rate of 91.13% from 2000 to 2018.The productive service function region was weak in southern Jiangxi Province,and the proportion of soil formation and protection was the largest,while that of food production was the smallest.The value in high terrain or larger mountainous area was generally high.(3)According to the analysis of the relationship between the landscape pattern index and the ecosystem services,the improvement of ecosystem service value was associated with an increase of the mean patch area,area fractal dimension and reduce of the Shannon diversity index and total edge length.The decrease of forest area is the main reason for the decrease of total ESV,while the increase of grassland and water area is an important reason for the increase of total ESV and given the preliminary strategy were given.Human interference due to the rapid urbanization gives risk to the degradation of ecosystem service,these risk claims us to do optimize adjustment of the landscape pattern of regions and increase the ability of ecosystem services.
